Manager or assistant manager was rude he interrupted a transaction between me and one of his associates tried to rise the items price that was on the tag on the middle of the transaction. Never will I shop that location again and if I see him transferred to another store I will stop shopping in that one

I've never had a problem with this location I actually like this one better than Cash America down the road. Prices are always negotiable if they really want to get rid of the item. Can't say I've never been greeted when I came in because someone is always at the counter or on the floor when I come in regardless of what I'm looking to buy. Great store in my opinion!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I went in just to browse and found them selling a Gibson Custom shop Guitar for $800.... Once I picked it up and got a closer look i noticed it was a Chinese copy... They were aware it was a fake guitar.. Employee told me someone had also already told them it was a fake and that they originally had it priced at $2000!!! Very crooked and deceitful. I asked associate if he thought it was decitful to try to pass it off as a genuine guitar and he had no response. I have been to many pawnshops but none as shady and crooked as this one. I will be letting the BBB and corporate how bad these people are. For anyone wondering what it could actually be worth you can usually pick up the replicas for a couple hundered bucks on alibaba/aliexpress brand new

Left my keys on the counter on accident , to retrace my steps... i called for about 30 mins.. never an answer & mind you its 30 mins til close.. i have a friend go by and walk in to have seen 2 employees sitting down and one employee leaning on the counter. My friend says.. " someone has been callin for 30 mins" they replied with "sorry we are busy".. when in REALITY its an issue with being LAZY AND HAVING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. & EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!!

Pawned my wii, only gave me $10,while other Wii's cost $30, had to put in my $20 Controll to pawn, not worth it, next thing to i was waiting for is them make me pawn a game! Also once sold me a Cruz Tablet and it burned.in a week!

\CROOKS. THIEVES. DO NOT GO HERE! My mother pawned her personal laptop about 7-9 months ago. While trying to pawn they told her to give them her login password to enter her computer to " see if it works"... then when she went to get it back out later, it supposedly wasn't there even though she had the pawn ticket and they told her she was just piss out of luck.

I've always been satisfied coming here until I bought a lawn mower by the month month-and-a-half ago it worked one time and locks up now. I called the store and all I here is do you have the receipt I don't have a receipt so now I'm out the value of what I spent on the lawn mower now I'm just going to go buy me a new one I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this place..

Bad customer sercice every time i have been in this store. I bring good business to mulitple pawn shops and this is by far the worst one i have been to! Bad customer service. Very rude each time. And offered very low prices for the items i had. Walk down the street to Northside Pawn.

Horrible place!!! They allowed someone to just go into their location and use my identification after i had already reported it lost/stolen. The managers response was , well they had AN id. Clearly this company is alright with identity theft and fraud.

This is by far the best place I've been. I've already got bluetooth speaker, engagement ring and tv. Great customer service from everyone..💯💯💯🥰
