Folks have always been nice and attentive. On rare occasions, you can find a random good deal here. Otherwise, it’s tough to buy anything. I’ve seen multiple well-worn items here that can be purchased new for significantly less. It’s literally like their pricing strategy is to do a 20% markup on what something cost new.

Awesome staff. Don't listen to some of the reviews saying that they're "rude" or whatever. people were probably asking 80 million questions at a pawn shop. Specifically a "local guide" put a one star review on this place because they asked him to be quick when he got there five minutes before close... This is a pawn shop, not freaking Nieman Marcus or whatever. Selection was well laid out, neatly displayed, and clearly marked. I even managed to get a really awesome deal because of an item being kind of obscure, and they honored it to the fullest and congratulated me on my find. Go here, you won't regret it, I know I'll be back. (Someone buy that adorable derringer before I get it for laughs.)

Have gone a few time and there service sucks....... one dude I ask for help and he was upset and trying to rush me.can't miss him bug eye bowl cut hair and needs to shave that beard. I usually don't go there I go to Mustang pawn they have GREAT service.

They locked the doors 5 minutes early. I knocked on the door and they asked me if I was coming to pawn something or pay on a loan. I told the rep I was looking to buy something. They did let me in but the rep told me to make it to quick. Awful experience.

Always friendly helpful staff they have thing you would want to buy at reasonable prices. They do a good job of not taking in junk.

I came to this place because I had bought a Nintendo 64 somewhere else and I couldn’t test properly. When I came in and asked if I could test it on one of their TVs, Summer helped me out. We found out the cable was damaged and went back to return it. Thank you! Summer. 😁

I just got a great deal on a Mac computer. I love this place. They are always very nice and helpful. I’ve bought other things from here and have always been very satisfied.

Supposedly close at 7, but they actually mean 6, and the big girl can be rude and overall unwelcoming if you don't meet their profile idea of a beneficial customer to them. Not professional

Terrible company! Weirdly secretive and not helpful when I had questions. The woman that answered my call hung up on me after denying to answer my questions. Do not trust this company! They will not help you make decisions that will benefit you!
