First Bank Texas Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene

It has been a wonderful Experian experience banking with this bank. My wife and I have been with First Bank Texas longer than we can remember and would not do our business anywhere else!! Awesome place with great people.

I bank at 3 banks in town and this one has by far the best customer care/service; Destry and Lauren are amazing!! With those two by my side, I feel blessed to be a small business owner during the pandemic. I also know of several of my colleagues that bank here without issue as well.

Don’t go through them to finance or refinance I did first they said they never got the title but told me why the bank I originally went through they asked me to get it. I going to find a different bank. Never get a call back for anything and when I told Loretta all she could say it that don’t make sense and trying to rush me off the phone it is bs that I have to go out my way for what’s mine. WOW!!!

Horrible had a fraudulent charge on my card was told I needed a receipt to get the charge removed (they don't understand the word fraud I guess) rude staff very judgmental and disrespectful, there are plenty of other banks in town avoid this place at all costs

So I’ve had this bank for 2 weeks now and I can’t get the app on my phone until the temporary password they HAVE to give me works. The lady named Candace was rude to me and can’t do her job.

I bank here and I came to get a new debit card. I was sent to wait in the lobby. Waited for 30 minutes while the person who does the cards was on the phone. Then someone else just walks into their office and instead of taking care of my card she asks if I will wait until she's done with that customer. Terrible service today. Normally it's much better.
