Wow why does it take 30 minutes a car in the drive threw? I went threw the drive threw for a simple deposit, there was one car in front of me and I was there for a little over an hour. Worst bank I've ever been to!!

I sent my daughter with CASH to pay my house payment and they wouldn't accept the payment because it wasn't me making the payment. I've never heard of a bank not accepting a CASH payment from anyone!

They need more tellers, it takes forever to get my money bruh 🥺 P.s... it's 2021, and I'm still in line waiting for my money.

An absolutely pathetic excuse for a bank... I'm slowly moving everything to a different bank so I can close all of my accounts. Good luck getting somebody to answer... Even more good luck getting an appointment scheduled to close your account. Backed up for a month.

ETA** They are closed Saturdays too despite despite Google maps saying they are open. I hate you Chase. If you think "Oh! I'll just go through the drive through real quick" jokes on you. You will have the longest unreasonable wait ever. The fact that people will sit inline up to 30+ minute and have TWO CARS even move though the line is insane.

I did a mobile deposit on 1119-2021 for a check that was date 11-15-2021 and now it's on hold n till December 1st 2021. Been on hold all morning long to get a hold of someone. And can't go to the branch because they are closed. But online days they are open. I'm switching banks again. They lost a customer.

Horrible. I'm told I have to call to make an appointment to see a banker but I can't get anybody to ever answer the phone. I go up there in person and I'm told there's only ONE banker and she's on vacation. If you need anything done with your account other than depositing/withdrawing it can't get done. Try to make an appointment to speak with a banker by phone through the app and it says no participating branches in your area. Call 1-800 customer service and they tell me to call my local branch who won't answer the phone 🤦. Switching banks ASAP!

Sent my husband just to deposit money in my account that was charged because I didn't have 1500.00 in my account, and they wouldn't even let him deposit the money for me, because I was not with him. I don't get off in time and they are already closed. Tried to call them, and they don't answer their phone, and I tried to call and my account number doesn't match up with the pin number on my bank card which they shouldn't even know in the first place. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but to get my account closed I am fixing to contact a lawyer so I can be done with this bank period!!! All of the branches need to close along with the other 1000 that have done already closed. I should have read reviews.

I wish they had a second ATM 🏧 In an area that customers can have access after hours. Have tried to use this chase drive-thru ATM the last couple month's. There is always something wrong with it. I hope corporate can find a solution. What I would like to see is a second ATM that people can access 24/7 7 days a week

Normally when I deposit my check it hits automatically with no problem. I received my check before July 4th and i deposit my check before July 4th because I know they wouldn’t be open well I’m thinking it’s going to be on my account now and it’s not My bills are past due because of this. This is crazy never again
