    I've been a member here since 1992 and have had a very good relationship with this institution. And if a problem ever did occur, they were eager to correct it. This place works with you. I can't quite understand why there are so many negative reviews.

    If you plan on getting a fast good loan, here is not the place. While their service is not so bad, everything takes time for no good reason. They take care of one person a day or something like that, and they call you back at the end of the day to tell you what you still have to do, and by the time you do it, they are already closed and you must wait until tomorrow. I was referred to this place by a friend, who said he was happy, and in the beginning I was happy to, and I even referred a different friend, but now I will stop to send people here.

    Service within the Neptune branch office is overall great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s hard to believe the call in customer service is horrible in comparison. There short, rude, not helpful and at times makes no sense. I called with an unauthorized withdrawal that caused an insufficient funds charge. There answer? “not my problem“. One of many issues..... I’m currently searching. Very sad because there convenient location.

    As a perspective customer, I read all the negative reviews and decided to ignore, then I tried calling for some account information...my "free" time is lunch between 12 & 1pm this is when I can conduct my personal business. Three phone calls and they can not be bothered to answer the phone. DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE!!!

    Decent experience. Staff is friendly and has always resolved my issues with speed and care. The mobile app is not the greatest compared to some bigger banks but it gets the job done. The branch is clean and welcoming. My biggest gripe is with the drive-thru ATM; the screen doesn't work half the time and you can barely read the text at night. Overall would recommend credit unions over regular banks.

    Go somewhere else. I don't ever write reviews but I'm so fed up. I have never in my life had so many issues with a bank or credit union. When I had 60 thousand dollars in my account at this credit union, I was treated so differently. My husband and I have accounts here. We have three kids together. Our youngest does not have an account yet. I hold a savings account and a checking account and two custodial accounts. I've had issues with getting a new card with my married name on it (we've been married for years but recently I just finally changed my last name.) I brought in all the documents that they needed I went inside with my three kids, they were supposed to send me a card they had to resend it to me twice then the card wouldn't activate. I had to go to first Atlantic and use the ATM for it to activate something was wrong with the card that I received so I went back there with the three kids inside and they said they needed another copy of my marriage license and I could come back through the drive through. (Guess they lost it?) I go home and come back through the drive-through they wouldn't activate it through the drive-through! Nightmare. A few months back I had an issue where they were deducting money out of my account as a monthly fee (when I don't have fees with the account I signed up for) it took me a while to get that resolved but they did finally resolve it after they were total jerks speaking to me like I wasn't important because I didn't have barely any money in the account at that point. I had to keep climbing up the ranks to speak with people to get it resolved and it took weeks. Nightmare! EVERYTIME I go through the drive through I am there for at least 20 minutes. SLOWEST EVER. Today is my Last straw. I go to the drive-through with all three kids I'm depositing money into my husbands account and I'm depositing money into my account. My grandmother had mailed me three checks for $25 each written out to all three of my children and one check in the amount of $50 written out to my husband and I. Needless to say because I do not have a custodial account with my two-year-old the manager Frank would not deposit the check in my account. I told him to look through my past records and see if I've ever deposited a check with my sons name on it in my account because I know for a fact I have especially with his baptism. He said any deposit with just my BABYS name on it would have been a mistake then. I couldn't even believe it. He told me to come inside with a copy of my sons birth certificate and social security card And open up a joint account. I'm absolutely not doing that! Now, the check with my husband and my name he would not cash or put into my husbands account or my account either! He stated that we have to have a joint account because both of our names are on the check. Never in my life have I heard of this. Both of our signatures were on the check that I was depositing I have never ever ever heard of that. You can clearly see the addresses that we have on file you can clearly see the four checks that I sent to them were all from the same person. I'm not trying to take money out of any accounts, I'm trying to deposit. So for anyone searching for credit unions in the local area stay away from this one. It's literally not customer friendly I've been at this credit union for years and years and slowly by slowly the customer service has literally just plummeted. So needless to say when my husband gets off work on Friday because that's his early day off (hours stink here too) we will go inside both of us with our three kids and cancel every account. Wait u til I tell my inlaws and mother who have accounts here. Little do they know our family owns two local businesses- a beauty school and a large salon. And I'll be telling everyone don't go here. Nightmare.
