First American Bank Reflection Dr, Naperville

To say I am a fan of First American Bank is an understatement. I am a super fan of bank manager, Pablo Encinas at the Naperville Crossings branch. In August of 2020, I went to my bank, (A big bank that uses 3 letters in it's name) and asked for help getting a PPP loan for my small business. I was told they had cut off applications with 2 weeks before it ended. Pay attention small business owners, don't take no for an answer. I called First American Bank, and asked to speak with the manager, he told me he could help me, but I didn't have an account at his bank. I told him if he helped me I would move not just my business account, I would move my other 7 accounts to First American. In good faith I opened a business account immediately. I got the PPP loan. Pablo and the staff at the bank are kind and helpful. I am loyal when I get amazing service, this branch gives amazing service. Oh yeah , I moved my other 7 accounts. Put your money where it matters, First American Bank. Ask for Pablo, and tell him Jean sent you!

This is the greatest bank I have worked with, because they know what customer service really is.

Every time I pull up in the drive-thru at this bank there's nobody at the teller window. I look inside & I don't see anyone anywhere. It's almost like it's abandoned. I have to sit there & wait, push the call button, wait some more, then finally someone will come to the window. It's very obvious that I've interrupted them from doing something that's more important than helping a customer, as they always shoot out an unfriendly glare at me. Once they've acknowledged me it still takes forever. Ridiculous!!!!

Try not to deal with the teller Lana. She doesn't know her own system. Had to call another location about cashing a check. Maybe they will find some better qualified persons at this location.

Our business has been a customer of this bank since last summer and, being a former customer of various other banks in the area, this has been one of if not the best banking experience I have had. The staff are friendly and readily available (unlike the robots I only seem to get at the other banks) and are willing to go out of their way to achieve the best customer service possible. Furthermore, Pablo, the Assistant Vice President, has got to be one of the hardest working and friendly individuals I have ever dealt with at a bank (or any business for that matter). He does an exceptional job with helping us when we need it and goes above and beyond to make sure we receive the help we need. I will continue to recommend this bank to others!

The whole banking experience here is amazing everyone here has personally helped me in some way and it's always a great friendly almost family like experience

Learned a very valuable lesson with First American Bank today...if you make a cash deposit thru the Atm ...funds will not be available for 2 days ...which is Bs. should be automatic like other banks I use ...just a way for the bank to make more $$ ....be very careful when using this bank....PNC not any issues highly recommended !
