Great community bank. Very supportive of small business - very accommodating on loan flexibility/terms.

these cold heartless staff that work at the Loveland location, made an elderly armored car courier (in his 60s) lift up a really heavy thing of coin up onto the counter. All because the female employee mentioned how she didn't want to "break a nail". The nerve they have to make an elderly man do such a task makes me wonder why they don't have sufficient male employees to perform such actions. Because of this outrage I will never open an account or desire to want to bank with them.

Bank will not even give you change if you’re not a member. 👎

I have worked with this bank for over a decade and been treated fairly and courteously at every turn, even through difficult situations. I recommend this bank to anyone and as a business owner myself, I also believe people should always communicate directly with management before posting a negative review. It is cowardly to gripe to strangers on the internet and businesses have to deal with a lot of parameters that we don't always understand as customers.

So my wife, who has been a notary herself for almost twenty years, was shopping in Loveland and needed to have something notarized. She stopped in and stated that she needed the item notarized please. She was told NO. Why? Because we don't have an account at their bank. Are you serious? One thing I can tell you, we now will NEVER have an account there and we will tell anyone we can about that petty refusal. We have enough bank accounts thank you and your refusal to do this, in order to get people to open an account is unacceptable. Stay tuned as I'm not done with you bank rest assured. Doing something that is not customer friendly and idiotic to be honest, just because you can, does not sit well with me.

If I could give this bank a 0 I would do it thanks to the CEO! According to their website they SUPPORT nonprofit organizations, ect. HOWEVER THEY DON'T SUPPORT 4H NOR AGRICULTURE! ????
