Worst place, worst workers. The female worker, which doesn’t deserve to be called a lady is the rudest person ever, my husband politely asked if they could double check the diamond on our ring and Claudia rudely said if we didn’t like their prices we should leave. Don’t even dare to walk in they’ll treat you like trash. They should close this place down for good or change their staff since Claudia already has a bunch of complaints for being rude.

I had a great experience today working with Claudia and Maria they were very helpful and gave me great deals on some nice jewelry..I will definitely come back😃😃..

Got a firearm from here. They don’t even bother cleaning them before reselling them. Pretty dang lazy, also every time I’ve came here the people working were just garbage and should go back home. Let’s get a ballot and get this place gone aye?

Had to give my license to shop which they kept and did not return. No answer to the phones. Closed on Sundays. Need to fly out of town WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE.. Live 2 hrs away. I’m screwed for shopping here. Need my license!!!!! Ever heard of voicemail? Sucks.

Thieves, thieves did I mention thieves. Had been keeping heirlooms on pawn for over a year for safe keeping due to a bad relationship. Management namely Claudia was aware of the situation. Two days before I was picking up they defaulted my loan and pulled the two most valuable pieces. With no phone call. They have not once in a year never called. As it turns out the person the pieces came from passed away the following week. I hate to be in that line of karma.

blatant disrespect towards customers and overall bad experience. Their store isn't up to date and all their items are not worth your time or money. overall disappointing, the store was gross and rundown, much like the employees . Any other pawn shop in Loveland would be a better option.

Wow, Claudia has a major attitude that needs to be checked. She straight up told me, "we don't like you" in front of two other co-workers so that why we won't help you. When I've been nothing but friendly, given my business to them and in return have some nasty energy put my way. Forget you and your eyeliner.

I went there to see if they would be interested in buying a trolling motor I have not been to a pawnshop in seven years, the gentleman was very rude and acted like he didn’t even want to help a customer. He acted like the trolling motor was broken and wanted me to test it in front of them very bad customer service I will not be going there again and I hope nobody goes there themselves

The pawnbroker was very good at his job has a good head on his shoulder and very respectful with that being said that's the only reason it's not a 1 star the manager on duty Andrew was very rude and disrespectful not even with me but everyone I seen him work with he seemed like he didn't want to be there doing his job so he passed on a lot so he could go sit in the back room his pawn broker did a good job and looked up good values of the items I have and he came out and looked at my 2 most expensive things and took the price down from $150 to $5 on a 300-500 dollar new item and then proceeded to look up the wrong tool I brought in a bluepoint tool that sells for 365 dollars new and offered me 7 dollars on it snapons name is worth more than that alone

These people are CROOKS. They tried to rip me off bad.. I got $500 more for my guitar at another pawn shop in town. Claudia was rude and doesn't deserve any local business. Straight up..

Don't ever take your jewelry here They use fake diamond testers telling me that my 2100$ half ct with Receipt is fake and trying to off me 80$

More stock, kind of a pain having all the tools zip tied to the shelf.

Bad customer service. Honestly disappointing selection of items and overall not a good place to go. I recommend any other pawn shop in Loveland. It's ghetto looking and nothing looks up to date. Not worth your time or money.
