On Saturday, February 6, 2021 we received an email from you with the information we requested. Our office re-opened for business Monday February 8, 2021 and your credit request was processed. Renie, Financial Services does not tolerate verbal abuse towards our office staff by yourself. You requested a pre-qualification letter for a client who has not even applied for a loan. Both State and Federal law prohibits us from issuing a pre-qualification letter without underwriting the clients loan file. We have dealt with 100s of professional real estate agents for the past 22 years in 4 different states and we have never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior. After our most recent conversation we advised you to seek other financing options for your clients versus creating a hostile work environment to our employees.
