Most of the BofA’s are closed in the West Portland area. Finding one open there was a line out the door waiting for 2 tellers. The drive through are closed and the night deposits are locked. Trying to deposit a check for a company. If I banked there I’d change banks.

2 people for all the place. One was not even working. You need appointment for everything, even for a simple question. 25 minutes to withdraw some cash.

Most BofA locations are poorly staffed. This one is probably the worst. 15 people in line at opening and ONE teller staffed. Ask a desk assigned personal banker for help? Nope. This place is the worst and I would avoid it unless you enjoy headaches.

There hours are posted to open at 0930 but they are still not opening the lobby entrance as of 0950. No additional signage stating they are opening at a different time.

    Response from the owner

This photo speaks for itself. Every Bank of America I walk into is understaffed. It’s obvious from the moment you walk in. Hire more tellers. Give your obviously overworked and understaffed tellers a raise. Do better. — someone who is only here bc their employer uses BoA, and who strongly encourages anyone reading this to bank with a local credit union instead

Reyna is wonderful. She's knowledgeable, professional, made sure to verify my identification and keep my $$ secure all while being very friendly and helpful. I had a complicated transaction I needed help with and was lucky to have her assistance. Five stars for sure. Thank you.

Clients drove from Tigard and Hillsboro, since BofA has closed their local branches on Saturdays. Had to wait 45 minutes to get to one of the two tellers.

If they have a zero star, I would give them zero star, giving them 1 star, I think it's generous. I am not surprised that I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this branch. How come they haven't improved? This branch is understaffed, every single time I've been there, I've had to wait at least 15 minute on line either inside or drive-through with 1 only teller. I ordered new dollar bills and red envelopes for our coming New Year 2 weeks ago, they promised they will contact me to let me know, no one has ever called. Today I stopped by, they just looked at me on the face and said 'Nope, we don't have it. When did you order it? I only give you 3 red envelopes, that's all'. Staffs there need to be retrained how to talk to customers, especially the branch manager, she is willing to argue with you. I will close my account with them and go to US Bank, I love the customer service over there. I will never come back to this branch again.
