Jim, took me "under his wing" and showed me that not only was I able to retire, but how easy it was going to be. Jim has been my financial planner going on 5 years now. He really listened to my concerns, how I needed things to be kept simple. He asked all the right questions, so that I was extremely comfortable. His expertise led me to the risk tolerance, that has proven over and over that it was the right call.
