Incredibly rude! I called and admitted that we were not clients but explained we were in a bind selling our car to a third party individual who would not be able to complete the transaction during our normal bank's business hours. When I asked if they provided notary services I was told, "Yes, but only for customers." I then said that I would be happy to open an account for the privilege of having them notarize the transaction and the employee cut me off and directed me to The UPS Store. Obviously, they don't want my business.
