Fifth Third Bank & ATM Brook Forest Ave, Shorewood

We stopped in yesterday to start a checking account. It was really close to closing time and our service representative, Bailey Thevenot, had no problem setting up the account for us. I know a lot of people would've turned us away, but Bailey is not one of them! You have a great employee there who cares for his business and his customers. Thank you for the fantastic service!!

I’ve had far too many bad experiences dealing with this bank. The customer service is usually awful! I have never experienced such lack of care and professionalism by any bank rep before. I wish someone had warned me before I trusted this bank to handle my hard earned money carefully! Just unbelievably awful. It would take up too much time and space to go into detail about my personal experiences. Do not do your banking business with 5/3.

First of all they charge you a fee for monthly service. They used to be really horrible. Basically they wouldn't allow a check to be deposited into your account over the weekend. So basically you would concur overdraft fees and not have access to your money until Monday morning. They probably changed it by now. But I owned a small business and it cost me thousands of dollars which they never reimburse me. Basically they told me it was the financial institutions that won't release in the money. I switch to a different bank and started getting my direct deposits on Saturday morning and even on holidays. Hopefully a lawyer will help me out with suing Fifth Third. Avoid Fifth Third Bank like the plague

Not sure what other reviews were about but the ladies here were very nice, friendly, pleasant, and have wonderful customer service.

Posting on behalf of my parents, Theresa was so rude and unprofessional during today’s Saturday's visit. Customer service over the phone and the branch provide opposite info. Trying to update new last name and address. Joint accounts are so difficult to do business with. Wish I could give 0 stars. Returned Monday just to be provided worse service by the branch manager bc I didn’t have an appointment that could have been made for me on Saturday when they refused to help bc he didn’t have anyone available but their were 5 employees there with no customers but they were closing in 40 minutes so doing the closing procedures instead of attending to a customer was priority.

I recently owned an account with 5/3, shorewood location. Alicia was pleasant, polite and answered all my questions about the new account I opened. Location is a bit hidden yet pretty busy. I've never had an account with 5/3 but it seems like a good start. The app seems user friendly and customer service hours are accommodating

Horrible experience refused to give me service thru drive up. Never been refused service from the bank before but would not let make transactions unless I came inside. Had to drive to another location just to get a money order.

This bank don't care about you at all they will ruin your life. I pleaded for help and got in trouble with the law because they wouldn't help me get MY car from the co signer
