We have been getting loans from this company for more than 10years, we are and have always been great customers. For some reason this last loan has been the worse. They aren’t doing their job properly and aren’t taking the payment when it’s supposed to be taken meaning that the loan is accruing more interest hurting us costing us more money in the end. The gentleman we have been dealing with forgets what he tell you and changes his word! This time he has been awfully rude and inconsiderate to us and we have been nothing but great customers. He has made over $11,000 from us over the years. This is the last loan we will ever take from him. He has lost great customers over greed!!

The staff is always courteous and they make getting a loan simple. Danielle is very understanding and will work with you! Great company, keep up the good work guys!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. My banking info changed, I forgot to update them with my info along with being out of the country. 4 days later I received a text message threatening to garnish my wages, like seriously! That's a violation of FDCPA along with UDAAP. Yall deserve 0 stars, very rude individuals.

Everyone was great I spoke to. From the guy who helped me to Danielle finishing up my application. No hassle and they made my day better. I'd recommend them.

The online application was quick and easy and their customer service is excellent. The woman I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. The only issue I had was that my bank wouldn’t allow their system to do the bank verification. They were more than willing to help me with that. I would highly recommend them.

I've gotten a few loans from this company. Simply submitted my pay stubs and photo ID online, Danielle gave me a call, my money was deposited the next day. Once u successfully receive 1 loan, future loans are easier to process. My only complaint would be the high interest rate. But thats the m.o. for most payday loan companies. If u do installments.... make sure u try to pay off your loan as soon as possible. Lessen the interest attacks....

I had a loan that was COMPLETELY paid off and got an additional payment taken out that wasn’t even the amount I was paying. Spoke to 3 people who stated oh our mistake we will have your money refunded back today call the next couple of days because my money wasn’t back on my card for them to turn around and lie and say oh your loan wasn’t paid off at first now it is. Do not get a loan with this company terrible!!!

They are always there when you need them, excellent customer service, a breeze doing business with them and the only company I would do business with when getting a quick loan. I love them and Danielle is awesome!

Horrible place first time customer trying to borrow a small loan, they never called me to get information of the additional things they need from me like paystubs, ID, etc... I had to call them to ask them what else they need in order for the funds to be deposit. They lied & said my ID didn’t match my Social security. When clearly on my paystubs you see the last 4 of my social. They were rude. Ignorant not nice at all. They shown no Sympathy. I don’t know how they have that many good stars. But i wouldn’t suggest to borrow a loan from them. They’re horrible. Oh last thing, when I called to speak to a woman just of yesterday she said they just need one paystub. Not one time did she say my Chime bank is not going to work in order for me to get the loan. That’s something she could’ve told me and I would’ve never sent my paystubs or waste my time even calling them. Definitely unprofessional don’t waste your time. And they’re APR is too high.
