100% worst place to get a car loan from ever! Got stuck with it in a bind and had to take what we could. They will harass you before your bill is due, all people on your list the day payment is due if not in by 8am, which our check sometimes isn't deposited until 11am or later. And will change your payday on you. Worst experience with a loan in my life can't wait to be done. Debating on having a different place buy the loan to be done with them

They run or should I say rerun you credit placing a hard inquiry on you as a way of dropping your score if you are late. The representative are rude and not trustworthy. I very been waiting 2 months to have a vehicle service. The service department is not concerned. So really why should I be. Concerned about your payment if your not gonna honor your warranty. On the flip side went to a byrider in merriville Indiana. Extremely awesome experience. They let me know that joliet is a franchise and it's horrible.

I'm so glad I am just about done with my loan, only a few months left. Shortly after I bought my SUV, I changed jobs. Paydays were on opposite weeks I had set up with them. I asked them if they said we can't do that. I wanted taken out of my account on payday so i knew i wouldn't be late with payments. I had an unexpected bill and my payment didn't go through. Needless to say, the next morning i get several calls from them. Then the next day they blast my credit report lowering my number immediately. This company is supposed to help build up credit, guess not. I will definitely not be using them again

This place is a joke they get negative 5 stars these people are worse than a loan shark. The customer service is terrible they speak to you as if your a 2 year old and question you about your money. I really hate that I brought a car from these people I would never recommend anyone to ever deal with these people. They harass you on the date your car note is due and the next day their calling all of your references telling them all your business. All they do is call you and talk about taking your car they have no compassion for nobody they already over charge you for these cars that are mostly lemons or have to be repaired a day after you buy them. The South Holland location is terrible the staff is rude and unprofessional I would never do business with this place again. Please stay away from this company you will thank me later.

Have been with them for two years only till recent events that I have been late asked for a extension of my loan due to me not working as many hours at work and still have a family of 5 to care for and the only one working now I was told that I would have to be either layed off to get any kind of help. So if I were you go to a different place for a car try any were else but them. If you are a day late they start calling your references and demand to see your bank statement and check stub. Horrible customer service and they make it very clear that they do not care about you, just getting their money.

DO NOT Come to this place. Listen I understand that not having my real name or image on here may make you question the validity of what I'm saying but please trust me. I know your going there because your credit isn't good enough to get a vehicle elsewhere, you need a car now I get it . Whatever you can do please do not go here. CNAC as a finance company and byrider are scammers. Yes there are some reviews on here that gave them 5 stars but understand some can be false accounts or based on their initial service. Go check out CNAC and JD Byrider on the Better business bureau website and look at the score and complaints. If thats not enough google the Lawsuit that happened to JD Byrider in Massachusetts. Please save yourself the financial handcuffs and headache and avoid. I purchased a vehicle here in September of 2021 and the car broke down January 15th of 2022. Theyre not gonna fix it and look at the image below when i went to go check on the car look how they have it parked up against the cement wall in their "Repair Shop". I spoke to the manager Russ from JD Byrider and his statement was "I cant help you sorry im not the one with the messed up engine." Which is pretty crazy to say do your research please and dont go unless its the last resort.

Awful service! Save your energy and time and go somewhere else! Interest rates are absurd.. I just finished paying off my loan back in January of this year. I paid 16K for a car that only valued $4k.. Unfortunately I did it to myself and learned the hard way. The only thing they care about is financially destroying a person.

First time having to call them, and let’s just say I hope I NEVER have to call them back again. Super rude customer service for no reason at all. Asking for clarification is like an insult to them.

As long as you realize you’re paying up to $10 or more dollars A DAY in finance charges and have no other options, this might be the only way to get a car. The problem is you are paying 2x what the car is worth. My son’s car (he had zero credit) has been nothing short of a poor decision (his fault and mine for not talking him out of it). Really this is another example of predatory lending to people who already have financial issues. Should be illegal, but it isn’t. Make extra payments if you can and be sure you make it clear you want it to go to principal not finance charges. Build your credit and get to a legit car dealership. They don’t return calls either 😡

Like so many others, only giving one star so I could give a review. They are predatory and will take money out of your account as they see fit, stating you authorized it. When you call to reverse payment they will take weeks to refund your money. Cars are overpriced and not worth the hassle. Not to mention, customer service is a foreign concept. Don't try to get your car scheduled for service either because they claim it will take months and then close the shop and relocate 100 miles away.
