Today I had such a wonderful experience with a young gentleman named Johnathan. He has helped me in the past with a few other pawns. He provides such excellent service, with his warm welcoming smile and knowledge about the business. He has made my experience every time enjoyable, easy, and quite frankly fast! Thank you guys for everything !!!

they took me in 5 minutes before close on a Saturday and made sure I walked out with much needed money. Jon was super fast and super professional and honestly saved my weekend. if I ever need too, I will come back to only pawn and sell at this establishment only. I will recommend to everyone I know! they're awesome here.

Went to see Donny about buying some pro audio gear. He was great to work with and he was able to get me a deal on the equipment. I was in and out in only a couple of minutes. Highly recommended!

Went to sell my engagement ring, got quoted $800 by Marcelo. Came back a couple weeks later and now they want $400 for it. They told me, “I should have took the first offer”. He told me he didn’t remember who I was and clearly was lying. Don’t sell your jewelry here.

My loaning experience at this pawn shop was very respecting, helpful and satisfying. Many of the items are in good condition and are of reasonable prices. I drove out 45min to buy a keyboard and the staff was helpful. Bought an IPAD that was stolen from a veteran apparently. Exchanged that with a non stolen one. Bought a 700$ that they would only give me 400$ and charge me 70$ in interest monthly. Wouldn't recommend getting jewelry tested there either because the coin they said was tungsten got me an offer of over 1700 at another reputable jewelry store in gold alone. Won't ever go back again shady dudes in the business of taking advantage of people.
