Fifth Third Bank & ATM Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico

I'm a well established socio economically middle class person get a hint I'm a business owner. Went to deposit 1,500 dollars got a 10 day hold. Well ok probably security reasons right? Nope apparently 1,500 dollars is a whole lot of money to these folks??? So their excuse is that my account has never seen this amount of money, which is a lie.So these people need to find out if I'm not a drug dealer first before clearing the check, Ridiculous🤦‍♂️ A hold for three days is fine but 10 whole business days is a joke go bank with PNC or Chase never had any issues with them.

Awesome bank. I've been looking for a bank that I be able to depend on and I finally found it. From the management and tellers ,they know what they doing. Thank you.

Very friendly staff a little hard to get in banking there for years they are very personable and very helpful with advice on investment checking and everything else

This particular branch of fifth third Bank is exceptional. We get a personal relationship with the benefits of a large national Bank. I wouldn't use any other branch though. Not all branches are created equal but this one stands out heads and tails above the rest! Thanks to Kajal Patel and her team!

Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Not specifically this branch but 53 in general has become absolute garbage.
