Fifth Third Bank & ATM Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Twp

I love this branch! I purposely only go to this branch because the friendliness and I feel like they have been such a part of our family over the years. I have not had any problems and they can help me with most problems I have had- some stuff is just beyond what they can do and I totally understand this. We have been a part of 5/3 for over 15 years and they are a big part of why I never look to change banks! Definitely recommend!!

Received a courtesy call from Jen the branch manager asking how everything was going and if there is anything she could do to assist me with any of my financial products I have with the bank. I actually did have something with a 5/3 credit card issue and she walked me through the process and even stayed on the line with me while we got to the correct department for the matter in which I needed assistance on. This bank and Jen are wonderful to work with. They are responsive, very short hold times if any at all and are willing to make sure all your needs are met before leaving the line. I would highly recommend this branch for a wonderful customer service experience.

I call and ask if there was anything that could be done about a loan I have and having that payment pushed back a week (7 days) and she said "no let me transfer you to the 800 number customer service) like seriously? My other bank works with any issues I have in house same day! And this place wants me to switch all my accounts over to them, ha! I think not. Definitely not customer focused. Will never be back to this location again.
