Fifth Third Bank & ATM W 167th St, Country Club Hills

So I had booked an appointment before 2 weeks to open a new account. I got a confirmation email from the bank with the location time and date written. When I went to 10:30 am they had somebody else on my time. What in the crazy bank is that???? The manager said she doesn’t know why I got an email appointment confirmation. They had three people working that’s what she said. But two of them were just talking on the counter but did not want to assist me. never ever banking with 53rd. Thank you for wasting my time very early so I do not have to deal with “short employees” story in future.

Reason number #1: My debit card was captured on a Thursday early morning. I called the bank at 8am and a representative explained that in order to obtain my card I would have to come back after 3pm (it was told to me that they always service their machine at that time.) So I came back at 3:47pm, they told me that they will give me a call when my card was retrieved. Such an inconvenience a GREAT INCONVENIENCE. A representative called me at 5:30pm, by this time I was not in the area. I'm working all the time and I don't have the time to be on "Their TIME!" I am making arrangements to take my Money out of their bank! I was a loyal Customer! They should have treated me as such. "On to the next one!"

Fifth third has stolen money from me twice. They changed my transaction history and put me in the negative. They are doing things behind the scenes that the customers can’t see. I’m talking about the Fifth Third corporation it’s corrupt. Don’t do business with this bank.

I LOVE EVERYONE IN THIS BANK THEY ARE ALL SO HELPFUL WHENEVER I COME TO THIS BANK AMD THEY REMEMBER MY NAME WHICH MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM APART OF THIS BRANCH FAMILY

One atm. Always down. They are not a bank, they are a huge inconvenience and expensive too. I am out of here next month.
