Fifth Third Bank & ATM S Randall Rd, South Elgin

Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I can always count on Lupita to answer any questions. I like that some of the staff has been at this location for years which makes my interactions with the bank comfortable!

We have been with 53 bank for many years and they have treated us very well (especially the S. Elgin branch). Applied for the PPP and spoke with Ms. Lupita about my application and unfortunately she had no knowledge of that. To her credit she will escalate to Ms. Wheeler who is her boss. We have been with this bank for over 25 years and they are not treating us in the time of need.

Poorly operated. I literally been trying to call for the last 3 days so that I can order a new debit card. I have not spoken to an actual person yet. Bad form

Slowest service ever had in a bank.

Fifth third offered me a loan that’s used for paying off credit card debt. They said my credit was good enough for the loan but it was because of my debt why I wasn’t approved lol. Payments for the loan would have been cheaper than my credit card payments that were always on time. Paid off my debt with a 401k loan, all interest is going to me. Opened up an account with another bank and purchased a house through them and cancelled my account with Fifth third.

Ordered checks on the ninth of Dec. 2016, was told they'd be ordered. Waited three weeks, called to check, was told they weren't ordered. Had to request they re-order. Waiting another two weeks at least. Added to this, they resist me in requiring a receipt for my transactions, called with my concerns, was told I was off base and this is the way it is now, with dealing with them. Am pulling my accounts soon, don't need to be stuck with irrational people who hold mt money.

Slowest service ... Terrible . There are lots of other banks pick any of them.. couldn't be worse
