Its just a fifth third atm inside of wal mart Money services

WORST bank ever, set up an account and havent got my card for over a MONTH. I have tried time and tine again to talk to someone at the bank and no one answered. Ive been trying for days to get ahold of the bank and they send me to a message saying "your call is very important to us". I will never go back to this bank and now whats worse is i just got paid and my whole check is missing.

I have been banking with 5th 3rd for over 20 years. After working for someone and they paid me. I put the check in my 5th 3rd.account After paying off some bills and using the money the check bounced. 5th 3rd would not help me with the reprocessions that happen after the check bounced. They told me that I was responsible for the whole check plus fees. This is how a bank treats a loyal customer after that many years of service.

Terrible. I couldn't have more stressful experience. Asst. Manager Shannon didn't own up to a thing she said and lost my Social Security Scan THREE times. Those are three times I had to go back physically to give my social card again because corporate kept rejecting my credit card application based on the fact my social was not provided. My card was finally mailed to me, but with the wrong name. It shock me they spelled my whole first name wrong after I provided IDs and social multiple times. The manager, Dustin, is not any better, I have reached out multiple times simply to ask for a new card issued with the correct name, but no luck. They are almost impossible to get a hold of, they don't answer their line and seems that all what they care about is to get through by the day, costumer service is in its worse at this branch. Choose another location.

Called 11 straight times. They never picked up. Called Cleves location and they picked up and helped me with a quick goalsetters transfer first call. This Fifth Thirs location is LAZY

Nice location to resolve the banking's problem ...Beth [ Manager] , She really takes care of people's buisiness..Open-minded , She is really a processional...Always on point to fix the problem.. I advice anyone to deal with Beth to resolve their problem..
