My husband purchased a car amp from them $150 just two days ago. Amp went out yesterday. All sales are final. We did alot of business with them in the past No worries we will never again recommend or do business again.

I love the money vault been a customer for 10 years . They never sent me out their store unhappy. Ms Casey , Mr Sam , and JT make me feel like family when i come to the money vault. I dont know the other 2 people name who work there but they are just as awesome. Its never been a rainy day at this place i love these guys .🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I've been a customer here for a long time and never lost a pawn but for some reason the female manager keeps getting rude with me and today lied to me about not accepting a certain item anymore but there other store did on coleraine. All I did was ask a question and its not my fault shes fed up or is unhappy. That's disrespectful. I've never had a problem with anyone else there though.

Very quick process and friendly staff. I dealt with JT and a young woman I can't remember her name. Both possess excellent customer service skills and that's hard to find nowadays.

They offer fair rates on pawn items and are always professional and treat customers with respect. My fiance and I use them all the time if I need help with a bill or just extra money for the weekend! I love the fact that they have Sunday hours as well!

It’s an okay place. Didn’t get much for what I pawned my items for but I guess it’s better than nothing. The lady who took my items and loaned me the money was cool and she explained how the pawn process work. I’ll be back if needed in the future.

Always help me out with any questions, and I have never had any problems. My items are always taken good care of when they are pawned, so when I pick up my items everything is clean an taken care of just like when I dropped my items off to be pawned..They just have such a great team at this location, they are so very professional and always make me feel welcomed.. The place was great! They have a nice selection of items to choose from and friendly service. Everyone was able to answer any questions that I had and I was able to walk out feeling really satisfied!
