Fifth Third Bank & ATM W Cermak Rd, Berwyn

So the ATM swallowed a good amount of money I deposited and didn't credit me. I had the same problem in oak park within 2 weeks. So they did not want to credit me because they have to investigate. They treated me like I was scamming them and expected me to leave without my money. I had to get loud because I depending on that money to pay bills and buy food. I'm supposed to starve and forfeit my bills because of there bad ATM. Am thinking about taking my money elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am seriously considering moving my money to Chase. I've been a customer at this bank through 3 or 4 mergers. I can't remember the number of names it has been under but it has been considerably worse since 5/3 took over. And this branch in particular is the worst. The manager should be fired and so should everyone who works there.

If you have problems with your account and call them they always say they will fix it and call you right back, but that NEVER HAPPENS! I been dealing with a problem since the day i opened the account and still not fixed. Only time they treat you good is when you open a new account(commision)

Everytime I went to this bank there was an issue, ATM, change machine it's ridiculously erratic over there. It also seems to be the only bank that makes it's own rules for certain things.. I lost a card in ATM on a Sunday it took me till Tuesday evening before anyone could tell me if they could get the card out or not... I wish this bank would get better management or workers that care about customer service

I opened my account here with Claudia and she applied the $200 promotion on January. It’s April now and I have not received anything. I called her up and she did not help me at all. She didn’t explain it right. Poor communication.

Great great service. Branch manager Paul and his team knows how to treat customers. We will never go to any other fifth third for our banking needs. They are friendly and helpful. We left the Oak Park branch after the terrible service they gave us…..Thank you Berwyn fifth third.

This is the worst service I have gotten in a bank. I had to wait one hour for international wire and as a result I missed the time as it can be sent only by 3pm. There was a worker who was able to do it but she informed me that she has an appointment in 20 min and could not do it. A white takes no more than 10 min. Please management pay attention to this. This is not a good way to treat your clients.

Worse location. They are slow and dont care how many people are there they act like they are just on the clock. Never once have I had a good experience at this location. I have only came when I have no other choice.. and regret it every time. I love 53 bank but will consider switching banks if I have to come to this location every time

I've been coming to this facility since 2016 when I moved to Berwyn. I have never had a problem with any of the personal there. Actually it's one of the better facilities.

Watch out! The indoor ATM swallowed one of my checks when I was making a deposit and did not register it. The bank doesn't want to credit my account. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
