While we closed four days late due to setbacks and delay caused by a surveyor picked by Fidelity, the team at Fidelity worked extra hard at the end to pull everything together so we could refinance our commercial property. The problems got fixed, and it was all done with a smile. Much appreciated!

Jeff Duffee and Victoria Malone took very good care of my sellers. We were in a situation where one of my sellers was leaving the country. I found out about it on Saturday and my seller was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning. We needed a power of attorney drawn up right. Most title companies are closed on weekends. However, I reached out to Jeff. Not only was it the weekend, but he was on vacation as well. He made arrangements to have the power of attorney drawn up and it was notarized before my seller left the country. Not only were my sellers impressed, I was impressed as well. Thank you to a title company that goes the extra mile in time of need.

I'm changing my review because of Michael Buchanan. I called today to see if he could email me a copy of the closing statements. I could not for the life of me fathom what I did with them. He not only apologized for the mix up with the sale of my house, but he sent the documents right away and now my accountant can finish my taxes. Thank you.
