I've been with them for almost two years and have never had a bad customer service experience. Any issues I have had have always been handled quickly and courteously. When I bought my car, the other potential lenders had wild fees and just weren't worth the hassle they required. Skopos was so easy to work with!

When I set out to get financing for my car Skopos step in a gave me a chance to build my credit. No hassle and great customer service. I only had one incident but it was handled well and I'm glad to have them

Skopos was wonderful. Used them for about 3 or 4 years. Sold my car and paid off my note. They reported the paid loan to the credit agencies fast. Will use them again if I need to.

Didn’t have many issues with them while I had my auto loan. That’s until my vehicle was totaled in a accident and insurance covered the loan in full. But somehow Skopos reported it to all 3 credit bureaus as a bad debt? Causing my credit to drop over 60 points. Once I disputed it they placed it as paid in full but didn’t remove the other report showing it was a bad debt. So now I have two accounts on my credit report for the same auto loan.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years now. Almost Done Thanks to God. Overall my experience has been amazing with Skopos Financial. Everytime i need to check on something, they are always happy to answer all my questions. Well recomended. Thank you Skopos i will miss you, but not my payment. LOL.

Skopos financial has been the best company i have every delt with when buying a car.....the ppl tht work is so caring and will do everything in they power to work with and make sure they have a great understanding with you ..when financing a car i would recommend SKOPOS TO ANYONE......

I’ve been paying my car payments off with Skopos for four years now I believe. Never had any problems with them and when I do call they are always helpful. One of the best loan companies I’ve dealt with.

I have been with Skopos financial for 3 years now and they have been extremely helpful even when I had caught covid and I had to be late on paying them they are very understanding and work with you as much as possible.

When no bank would back me up on financing a car, Skopos gave me a chance and thanks to Skopos I was able to buy my 2015 KIA OPTIMA.

So far I have not had any issues, interest rate was high but only because of poor credit i had prior. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't make any payment other than mailing it in, without a 5 dollar convenience fee. It adds up especially when already paying high interest.

I have been with this company for two years and have never had a problem with service. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Great financial organization.

I would say that overall my experience has been great. they are easy to gat ahold of and the payment system is easy to work. The only flaw i have is that they charge for online payment.

The only problem I've had with skopos is trying to understand the Service Rep. I get frustrated trying to explain my issues. And like some of the customers stated "as long as you pay on your due date "all is well.

I’ve been making payments with them for 3 years now I have had 1 extension when covid 19 hit everyone in 2020 sometimes I’ve had probably 4 late payments which I would precisely say 7 days late now fast forward 2021 I have a daughter in the hospital that I’m paying for out of pocket insurance doesn’t cover everything and I’m asking for an extension/deferred payments and they are saying no you already had one we can give you a minimum payment and split payment and I’m telling them I will not have anything because I’m paying for my daughter’s health they have no care in the world I will let this car go I don’t care about a 2015 vehicle I can get a better car later when I’m done paying for my daughter so yo lost on a customer skopos. I was told this by a representative and a manager!

When I went to go purchase my first car in a dealer I got denied from many because of my current school loans. I love the fact that I was given the chance by Skopos to not letting past school loans determine if I’m responsible in paying back my loans! I have been with them for three years and have been consistent with my payments they are truely an amazing loan company I would def. trust them again for a future loan. Thank you Skopos!

My husband financed his truck through this company and if I could I would've done my car through them too. They are so easy going and understanding. We pay over phone easy and simple when online isn't working. They are always trying to find ways to make things easier for us!

Genuinely tired of paying 24.9% interest for almost 3 years, trying to refinance multiple times and getting told “you have no credit history” however they have been helpful every time I’ve called them, giving me information I need and helped with deferred payments. My bank account is drowning though.

First car loan and I couldn’t have had a better financial service, they are the absolute best! In this busy world it is easy to forget a payment or two once in a while but thanks to the amazing staff they are on it with a call the very next and so understandable! Highly , highly recommended.

I hit some financial troubles years back. This company straight up lied to me about being able to repossess and settle the loan. Fast forward years later I’m still legally responsible while they still continue to lie to me and say they will settle with me. Because they keep lying to me my loan has just been increasing in interest every single month. Praying on the young and financially illiterate is pretty standard in the car business. But this company next level scummy. Buy here pay here lots are more trustworthy. If you ever have to deal with these people I recommend an attorney to keep them honest.

I have never had a bad experience with them. I’ve been with skopos for six years and in these six years never have I EVER had a problem with them. Always very professional and responsive. They help Im you in whatever matter is needed. I have No complaints about them. Thank you Skopos for your service.

Have had nothing but a great experience with Skopos since the beginning. They have helped me when I needed help and are always able to help with any questions I have had. Will definitely use them again when needed.

I’ve been paying my car payments off with Skopos for 2 going on 3 years now. Havent had any problems with them and when I do call they are always helpful. Also love that they report my payments in a timely manner to the credit agencies.

We have had our truck for a 2 or 3 years now. We haven't had any issues with this company. My husband makes the payments on time. So I guess if you make your payments then you won't have any problems!!

I had a hard time finding a loan company with my credit score but Skopos was great and I finally have my car paid off . Thank you Skopos for taking a chance one and for being very professional.

Their website is very user friendly and I like that I can see everything in regards to my auto loan. I also like that I can schedule payments ahead of time.

Since my credit rating was not that great I knew I would have to go with a lending company that would stick it to me rate wise. With 3 months left to go on this loan all if a sudden my auto draft didnt go through. I was assured by the representative that called that it wasnt my fault. They wanted permission to draft my account. I expressed my concern that I was afraid that the auto draft would indeed go through. Oh no no it won't I was told. Well it did go through, they made me jump through hoops, lose my cool and finally I had to get my bank involved to recover the over payment. It was ridiculous the way In was treated. Do not recommend and will be glad to get through the next 2 months when my car is paid off.

If this is your last resort go here. I wouldnt recommend them to no one. High fee to process payments and late fees are excessive. They also harass you even when your 3 days past due. Finance rates are ridiculous. Company is making it off financing people with bad credit and hitting them with high APR. don’t go here!!! Zero stars The company also does not waive fees such as late fees even if you impacted financially due to any natural disasters that are out of your control. Horrible company to work with

I didn't have the greatest credit score but they helped me with giving me a loan even though the interest rate is high. I haven't had any issues for the past 2 years.
