I am very pleased to have worked with Nancy Shenouda. She was diligent, timely, and professional. We had a very serious time crunch in closing escrow timely (as a result of the lender, not escrow), and Nancy Shenouda pushed hard to get it done on time...and she did. If you are in Orange County and looking for escrow, strongly recommend working with Nancy.

If you have the option of choosing who to help you with title review/insurance choose wisely. This location and alamo title did a horrible job for me and my family. Lisa Tyler At this location is very unprofessional and unresponsive. They will do title work for you and not cover all their bases and when issues arise years down the line they will leave you hanging with no help. I was directed to Lisa tyler as a point of contact for our issue. She stated "oh honey i get 200 emails a day i dont know if i got yours send it again" Did not care about my families issue and was dismissive, condescending and even laughed when i said i would submit a complaint on her. Till this day she has refused to respond to may emails and we have gotten nowhere with her and to top it off she hung up on me leaving us with nowhere to go for help.

Completely unprofessional, corporate office no help either. They do not know how to run a business. Do not trust your escrow here.

These people should not be allowed to operate a business of any kind! Even 6 months after refinancing through them and LoanLock we are still paying for their mistakes! The escrow account they set up for impounds...wrong!! the entire experience was the horrible and with the most unresponsive people. It took an extra 2 months to close because of them and the Docs at signing were not filled out completely. They did not send out a representative to help with the filling out, all we had was a poor notary republic that wasn't allowed to give us any information. I called our agent luckily I had him on speaker as he chewed me out for interrupting his weekend. FOUR hours it took us to fill and sign those papers. Mistake after mistake. Please run from this company!

MY WIFE IS A 22 YR. ESCROW OFFICER AND WHAT AN AWESOME JOB SHE DOES EVERYDAY. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GREAT TO HER AND OUR FAMILY, AND YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A MORE HONEST, CARING, AND WILLING PERSON TO HELP ANYONE OUT THROUGH HER KNOWLEDGE OF ESCROW. FIDELITY IS AWESOME. EVERYONE SHOULD USE FIDELITY ( AND ASK FOR MY WIFE CINDY IN NEWPORT BEACH) FOR ALL TITLE AND ESCROW NEEDS. 5 STARS FOR SURE.
