This place has been great for all the necessary steps to purchasing a home. They've been very easy going and helpful with our needs. Very cheerful and down to earth staff help with the daunting paperwork and signage. I was even almost an hour late to signing due to an error on my part and they were happy to help when I got there (just before closing I'll add). Sometimes it's not necessarily your choice when dealing with a title company, yet this one should be recommended for anyone near. Great experience.

The worst, most unprofessional treatment I have ever had with any company. The first 3 transactions with them were fine, but when something went wrong on the 4th transaction (the county's computer error, passed on to me by Fidelity) they treated me like a criminal. Stay far away from them.

Unfortunately this company only claims to be the professional choice. What they actually do is bully you into submission and threaten legal action. During my closing process I paid for the title search. THEY made an error and instead of taking any responsibility - told me I was "unjustly enriched" by receiving more than I should have when they found a second loan due AFTER signing! I never claimed I would not pay the amount due but they called and emailed me SEVERAL times a day in one week (while I was trying to research the new information). They never owned up to their mistake and threatened to take legal action. My advice - do business with a company who still believes people are good. This company only cares about their bottom line. NOT how they treat you.
