Lawyers Title is THE best title and escrow company that I have ever worked with. My company has closed the majority of our deals with Lawyers because they always have their clients' best interest in mind. Constant and transparent communication, closing in a timely manner, and overall great people to work with. I would not want to close with any other company and would recommend Lawyers to everyone!

In a recent home sale we used Lawyers Title and couldn't be more happy. It was a simultainious closing so there were many moving parts and questions. Not only has Lawyer's Title done a great job on transactions, they have contributed to the excellence of the real estate community by adding zoom credit courses to the way they serve realtors and increase professional knowledge of those who attend. Lawyer's Title in person classes where wonderful but their transition to zoom is a way to allow social distancing and provide greater depth and knowledge in tremendous way.

This is a very incompetent company. I had to call them to keep my closing on track at least once every step. I called three times before getting the payment information, they printed the legal sized signing documents on regular paper which meant we had to print, sign, and scan the documents again ourselves, and I had to call multiple times to remind them to pick up the original documents. If it were left to them, we would have had to push out our close date. I’d highly suggest using a competent company when you’re dealing with a half a million dollar purchase; don’t use Lawyers Title.
