Went in for a signing, and they were extremely helpful and friendly, and made the process a lot less intimidating. They were also very conscious of covid protections and had plastic shields and hand sanitizer available.

Do not use this Ticor branch! Horrible customer service. This branch handled the purchase of my new home. After having he proceeds of my previous home wired to ticor, they sent the down payment along and called to ask my how I would like receive the remainder of my sale proceeds (large amount). I told them we would pick up a check and they said to come in and get it any time that day. My wife went to pick it up at 4:30 and they had lost the check. They said they “might” have mailed it but couldn’t be sure. They would not write a check on the spot because a “stop payment” would take 24 hours. They still would not confirm or deny that a check had been written but insisted that my wife sign their book saying that she had picked up a check. She refused of course although she was pressured multiple times. Ticor finally wired the funds to our account 3 DAYS later. My wife called to get corporate phone numbers and the office would not give her any contact information to file a complaint. These people are incompetent and completely unprofessional. Do not trust them with your money.

Very difficult to work with. It took them a day to deposit my check. Then the deal didn't go through and they held the check for 10 days and made us jump through so many hoops to get our money back.

I can't say I have ever been less impressed with the title company in my 18 years of being a real estate agent. Service and response time is pretty poor

Devon made closing and signing stress free and pleasant. She was professional as well as kind, respectful, a joy to work with. I highly recommend Ticor Title, Amberglen. And if you can swing it, request Devon!

i called with questions, got switched around twice, then sent to answering machine. I called again and they put me on hold for a long while....im still on hold now.................thats just my experience with them today...I have a feeling ill be on hold for a loooonger time called around 325....now its 330......ill stay on hold just for "fun".........answered at 331
