Fidelity National Title Spring Valley Rd, Dallas

This was my first closing with Fidelity National Title. Everything was handled with professionalism, but a key factor was the high level of service Nancy and her team gives to the clients. Our group will do more closing with Fidelity.

When you have employee like Nancy that only by enter at the office asking for service and she begin scream at you (instead of talking) and being disrespectful. Is not worth it, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, until Nancy is not there.

As of this post the Spring Valley office was still using an AOL email address to send all documents to. In the day and age of cyber fraud, we were concerned that the AOL address was legitimate since it is highly unusual for a title company to not be using their own secure server. We talked to the manager to explain our concerns and she said that it is the same address she had for 30 years and she is not about to change it. Really? This statement is concerning to me on so many levels it's mind-boggling. Fidelity National is a reputable company and I'm increasing my star count based on that merit. But the email practice of that particular office is extremely concerning to say the least, especially when there are hundreds of thousands of our client's dollars at stake.

Highly recommend! Nancy & Co. go to bat for you every time. Whether it's a tight deadline, a legal hurdle, or just an overall consultation, they get our business every time.

Jim is great to work with. If you are closing on a loan I would highly recommend using this title company. I have used them many times over the last 15 years and if a buyer or seller on the other side of the deal wants to use a different title company I tell them that it's a deal breaker for me.
