I did a long distance transaction with them and parts were wonderful. They sent someone to my home for notorized paperwork. (So nice! Yet the directions for the paperwork were vague at best) I spoke to a couple of women, Penny (an escrow assistant was amazing, but i didnt work with her until the last 72 hours or so before my house closed. The rest of the time I attempted to speak with Elodie... So frustrating. She obviously had better things to do with her time then to help a customer understand the paperwork. She obviously had better things to do then answer questions. For real... I called and was directed to her 3 times each time leaving me more frustrated than before. If it wasn't for Penny my paperwork would still be unfinished. My questions were not hard nor out of their scope of practice but Elodie couldn't be bothered to be helpful... If it was for my several interactions with her I wouldn't even give this a one star. If I had just dealt with Penny a 5 ⭐

This place is AWFUL!!!!! I’m pretty sure they forget that they are being paid for their services. They are sooooo rude and the entire time we were signing our closing documents the person was on the phone and explained NOTHING.we were even given copies of the wrong persons closing instructions!! When we asked questions we were snapped at. I was worried at first because the reviews were so bad (and fitting) Claresa is evidently always on vacation and if she is, yaaaaall you won’t get anything done from her. She was rude to us on the phone and even worse in person. Her ugly demeanor seems to spread to the rest of the office with the exception of the front desk staff who were the ONLY respectful and professional staff of the entire group. If you have the option to choose a different company please do NOT waste your money here.

This is the second time that I have to use them, Colette is very good but if she is out on vacation it turns very bad... The lady at the front asked for my name 5 times just to get me someone. Then when I go inside the office they gave me my file and she sign it and let me know when is done, because the others are smoking outside, so I decide to walk away and left the same way they left me.... So they said they have been calling me... I don't know where because I do not have any missed calls or voicemails ... they took so LONG NEVER RETURNS CALLS OR WORK WITH YOU . I guess they are more focus taking brakes the close a transaction so I suggest you to get outside escrow before you get stuck with them......

Ugh! I was forced to use this company when I was in the process of purchasing a home. I NEVER heard from them, which is odd considering they definitely received my earnest money. The house ended up being a dud. It was confirmed that these SOBs received the cancellation agreement, yet I have NOT heard from them about the return of my money. Can you say bank dispute? Yeah, that is about to go down! I hope when I make my next deal that the title company is NOT these buffoons!

Claire's Arnold has taken care of me multiple times and has provided exceptional service over the years. She's been taking care of a lot of folks through good times and bad and I highly recommend her!

Yikes yikes yikes. The employees are super friendly but that's where the rating stops and plummets to a 1 star. If you're looking for a sweet person to talk to, 5 stars. If you're trying to buy a property, good luck... constant excuses. Forget to do just about everything. They apologize which is nice but getting space payments made, etc. They just don't do it. YOU, the customer, have to follow up on EVERYTHING. Its very frustrating. I wish a manager or some leader would come in and run this place properly, hold people accountable etc etc. As of now, this is not happening and its effecting the business. I own 4 properties in yucca and this company is absolutely the worst for getting things done. Zero efficiency or sense of urgency. I will pursue property acquisition using any other option I can.

They don't have enough escrow officers, the one lady is overworked

I had a good experience. Tara at the front desk was polite and helpful. The rest of the staff demonstrated good teamwork working with me as a client. I received follow up phone calls that ensured success in our work. Thank you.
