Although I assume the paper work is good , I am still waiting on my check was told I would receive it Tues or wed and here it is fri no check . So I took time off work waiting for fed ex no show so I called to ask what happened said they sent check through post office , I am in San Diego , taking much longer , I called the district manager Shirley sometime left detailed message no response . If possible use some one else

Rip offs that need to be stopped that do the loans then change the paper work and then for lose on you and take your home. Wife & I will be homeless on 2-28-13 and we have 100 % proof of loan being changed. Thay came to our home and destroyed everything we had wanting the loan docs back. Thay know if we can get anyone to help us it will stop what their doing. Do not use fidelity title in eureka California or Santa Rosa bad bad people

If you’re looking for an escrow company, I’d talk to your agent and look into here. :) As far as working on the real estate side of things... I know my team prefers Fidelity for escrows. Not only great - but good communication - quick - informative - out to help the buyer/seller and agents to get the home sold.
