This was the worst experience I have ever had with a title company. I would tell you to steer clear of TIMIOS Title! There was no title agent at our signing. Notary couldn't answer any of our questions. Not that I expected them to. Closing was 13 days late. Payouts were sent checks in the mail! Per the title instructions they were to be sent electronically. Never met or spoke to the title agent. She never returned calls or emails. The gal at the front desk is the only person we spoke to and while pleasant, she lied, repeatedly, about the reasons why the closing was so late. This company is the most unprofessional title company in the area.

The whole loan process was excellent. Very fast closing, they led us thru every step so we understood what was happening. The professional attitude and positive actions were exceptional. Other loan companies said there was no way they could loan us the money we needed. Little did they (other loan companies)know they backed everything they said they would. The whole crew at Royal United Mortgage was awesome and I feel they went above and beyond. Way to go Gina and crew !!The title company for closing was fast and very professional. They were flexible for time and location of closing. We would recommend them for anyone who wants to refinance at a low rate with closing in less than 3 weeks. No stress refinancing is possible!! Did not the lady that came to our hose for us to sign the new mortgage papers. By the time she left, I felt we were best friends. She wad professional and informative. She was from this area and felt like we could trust her and Timios.

My husband and I recently needed to come in and sign documents. Due to the COVID precautions we are taking I was most concerned about being around people and in a new environment. The friendly Timios staff made sure we were able to keep our social distance at all times and took care that all surfaces were sanitized. They were ready for us on time and we were able to complete our business quickly. Thank you for taking extra steps to keep us all safe.

Adam Sage processed our loan and was very attentive to our needs. It was a straight forward process and we are highly satisfied at how it was done. Adam, Marie Eliasson, and Elsie Barajas were very communicative through out the process and were always available if we need more information. Courteous and very professional.

I used this title company four times within the last six month. From refinancing my home to purchasing rental properties as an investment. My manager, Kristen Martinez, was very professional and courteous to all my questions/ inquiries. Planning to use their company for all my real estate transactions.

Everything was great except our notary person was not familiar with our stack of docs so he had to read some of them, too, and had some confusion on a few. We got through them just took a bit longer. He seemed new so maybe that was it.

Linda appeared exactly on time, wearing a face mask, and we all sat down in the living room and she was extremely organized, no nonsense explanations, made it easy to know where and why to sign....just a real pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable professional.

Closing was very easy. Notary came to our house, was very professional and prepared. Overall process took about 45 minutes. Settlement payments happened very quickly.

The notary who helped with my refinance documents was really sweet. She seemed very knowledgeable for her age and had a great personality.

My experience with Timios Title was outstanding. At any time they were responsive, highly skilled, and patient to address any and all aspects of our business relationship. I highly recommend! Top notch.

I was very pleased the closing was able to be done on our back porch. Kimberly was excellent. She explained each document and made the closing efficient and pleasant.

From the first time I spoke with a representative, I was shocked at how clearly and patient he was. There was no "rush" and he listened to what I was looking for. I never felt like he was in a hurry or "pushy", and he spent a lot of time explaining everything. He even presented me with not just one option, but two and went over each one and helped me understand which may be the best for me and gave me time to think it over. He was in touch with me every day throughout the process. It was wonderful and within a week, I was looking at closing. Within just a few weeks (which everyone was surprised at), I closed. So far, I have been extremely happy with all aspects of dealing with this company and getting to know the agent and all. I had had a very unpleasant inquire with another company and so I was a bit scared, but after first talk with the agent and his carry through no problems! Would recommend ,

Fast, easy, stressless. Would recommend. Did not have a good experience with the notary that came to the house. She did not have a great attitude at all. Let me make clear she was a third party to the transaction but if they have control who they use, i would not use her.

My only complaint with everyone in this transaction was everything was emailed and I do not check my email all the time. I would prefer a courtesy call to at least make me aware there is an email and go over it with me. Not everyone likes doing everything on the computer or knows how to do all this modern stuff. I would like the transaction to be more verbal. I am concerned because I have not even gotten a letter telling me who I'm going to make my mortgage payments to. I do find this stressful

We worked with Treca Lawson. As soon as she was assigned to us, she contacted us to let us know when she would arrive. She kept us informed all the way through the process. She answered questions and let us take our time reading all the documents before signing. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated in guiding us through the process.

Very professional...accurate, responsive, and efficient (quick). Even the "difficulty" with the notary (which was beyond their control) was handled excellently (including a stipend they gave for our trouble, something way beyond what they were obligated or expected to do)!

The closing went as smooth as it could possibly occur. There was a last minute issue with the lender, but Timios was up to the task and moved the closing to night in order to avoid additional fees. Outstanding! Pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!!!

Best closing experience ever! They sent someone right to my home. Start to finish in under two weeks - if your looking for a hassle free efficient title company; look no further!

Timios title was great. The closing agent was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question. The reason I didn’t give Timios perfect scores is that the lender’s title insurance was twice as expensive as the same with 2 local title companies.

Excellent company to work with. The lady that came to our house for closing was very professional and friendly. She adhere to social distancing and closed our refinance loan in a very timely manner.

Closing was great, traveling notary came to my house with all the paperwork. Signed everything, got copies of all documents, it was very quick and easy. Recommend Timios Title.

All I needed to do was supply my loan officer with living trust docs. Refinance went smoothly, property stepped out of trust and reinserted back into trust upon closing.

We did not deal with Timios directly. The law firm you hired was exceptional. The lawyer was on time, polite, and completely fluent in the details of the plethora of paperwork processed.
