Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hilltop Dr, Redding

Too bad there’s no such thing as a half star or no star at all. As there is common sense, and cents. Do yourself a favor and bank else where. 🤮

Absolutely the worst bank ever. Redding is the only BofA open within 60 miles with at least 2 closed in-between Redding and Chico. The bank in Redding opened at 10:AM with a line from the door wrapped around the front to the back, a good 40 people waiting to go in. Once inside only 2 tellers are manning the window with a useless skintag of a woman wandering around with a clip board asking useless questions. If any banks deserve to fail and go out of business its this bank.

My company has a business account here and thus far the service has been great and the tellers are all helpful. Only thing that I would possibly change is extending the merchant service hours. Other than that its been great.

Bank of America on Hilltop Avenue, is a great branch with exceptional customer service. I don't understand why many people would bank there if they aren't satisfied with their customer service.

Worse customer service...We have 2 bank of Americas in Redding, CA and both don't answer their phones. I tried calling for 2 hours between the 2 branches and neither one answered their phones... I also they 3 other accounts, 2 other banks and 1 credit union and have never had this problem. Bank of America needs help with their customer service. There needs to be a Tipping Point for the customer service at these to bank branches regards to their phone service. A very unhappy customer..

Talking to Bank of America is like talking to a rock. I called their offices on Hilltop Dr. in Redding three times and never got to talk with a representative. Instead I was diverted to some inane recorded messaging system that made me feel like a rock. Why can't I just talk to someone? This is the reason that I am paying off my mortgage and cancelling my Bank of America checking accounts and going to Tri-Counties bank where I will have a genuine personal banker. And guess what, Bank of America will never know that I left -- because they never knew me in the first place.

Would give you grinches a zero stars if I could! You stole my family's house by TRIPLING our mortgage payments out of nowhere and refused to help us, knowing darn well what you were doing and go ahead and buy our house in auction. Just in time by Christmas... Bunch of greedy THIEVES you are!
