WORST company EVER!!! My loan was recently sold to them and I was in the middle of getting a loan modification from my prior Mortgage Company due to me being hospitalized Covid. I had to completely start over again with the loan modification process what this company and the numbers they came back with were outrageous. I could not afford what they were wanting for new payments and something called a good faith payment. I left several messages asking the person who handles my account to give me a call back as there was a deadline to accept the loan modification trial plan. I did not hear back from him for two weeks and now only had a week left before the deadline. I tried to talk to the person that was handling my account about this and all he said was "well that's too bad but that's what we can do." He didn't care at all that I was in jeopardy of losing my house. And when I was starting to get upset because he wasn't listening to me and couldn't give me any other options or help me out he told me he was going to hang up. This company does not care about their Borrowers or their situations at all. When I said that I no longer wanted to deal with him and that I would like to speak to someone else he laughed and said I could leave a message for his supervisor. I'm completely at a loss now as I'm probably going to lose my home because of this company and their unwillingness to assist me in my hardship.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. the most unprofessional camp at ever especially Marissa Mifflin need an extra training she should not deal with clients if she doesn’t know how. She is very rude and they don’t even bother to do their job. They are soooooo unprofessional that they fail to pay my property taxes in time that they had to pay the penalty. I will for sure contact their corporate to make aware of their employees non professionalism.

What a nightmare this company has been and we’ve only made 1 payment to them. Our loan person is extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed we were 3 months behind on our payments. We had already made our first payment to this company and they said they had no record of it even though it had cleared my account. We had to personally call the previous servicer to then have them call SN to get it straightened out. Once the previous servicer straightened them out the payment we made direct to them magically showed up on their end. Our loan person, whom we have to apparently deal with every time, was very accusatory, had a nasty attitude and didn’t care what I had to say when I attempted to explain that we were not behind and had never been behind on our payments. Now they are claiming we don’t have insurance which is mind boggling. We just refinanced a few months ago. Obviously we have insurance, we pay it into escrow every month. They obviously have record of this yet they are trying to charge us for more insurance. It makes me sick to my stomach to think of how long we are going to have to deal with this company. I am terrified at how much they are going to be able to get away with and charge us. Quite honestly, I’m considering refinancing the second we are able just to get away from them.

This place is a joke. They service my mortgage, when I've called no one is ever available to assist I've left tons of messages my calls are NEVER returned. I'd give less than one star if possible. They should be closed down because it's apparent that nobody here is doing their job. No matter what my issues are, I'm always directed to someones voicemail. I leave a message and have to keep calling back because nobody will return my call. I've been calling for 7 months now and still have yet to receive a call back on any issue.

Is it possible to change asset manager. This time difference and can't hold of anyone when there an office in North Carolina.

The company is very unprofessional. The agent that is over my account is rude. I have been fighting with this company about get my roof repaired. They got the insurance check for the roof. She is refusing to send the money to the roofing company to repair my roof. It has been four months now. Then I made to payments in one month and was told I was still behind in my payment. I don’t know how they got my loan in the first place. They are based out of a different state then where I live and refuse to go by the guidelines of this state. One of the worst loan companies ever to deal with about a mortgage.

My mortgage has been with SN Servicing for the past 2 years and I could not be happier. Everyone that I speak to has been so helpful and I have never had any issues with making my payments.

This company bought my mortgage loan from my previous bank. All I have to say is that they are very unprofessional. The 1st letter I get from them is not very welcoming, it's a notice telling me they will add a more expensive insurance to my mortgage because my property is without it I have always have had insurance coverage. The notice states this is the final notice. How can it be a final notice when this is the 1st notice I'm getting . I called their customer service the same day I received it, and of course she was rude and unprofessional just like the company she works for. I also received another letter saying I have to make 2 mortgage payments. How can that be when this company bought my loan 3 weeks ago. The October payment I paid to my previous loan company. The only payment due is the November payment. Terrrible terrible company. So disorganized

They will NOT report any on time mortgage payments to the 3 credit report companies.... I have made 2 and a half years of on time payments but shows nothing on my reports, I question why and they stated due to the state that there in there not required to report. They will not even report late payments per there customer rep.... hoping they will ditch me for a company that will report positive payments 🙏🙏

I'm REALLY wishing my lender hadn't sold my loan to them...it seems I'm always having to call them because the letters they send are very vague and their statements dont show payments unless they were made early.
