Fidelity Investments N Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota

I have been a Fidelity customer since the mid 80’s. I self managed my money until June of 22. Concerned the market was getting frothy I turned my IRA’s over to Fidelity. Not once since then has my account rep reached out to me. When I reached out to an investment mgr several months ago I was told I should give them time. Two weeks ago I was contacted by an assistant to arrange a call with the account mgr. I told the assistant I wanted to have a report indicating Fidelity’s performance prior to the call. Not a word. Good by Fidelity!

The team at this location is phenomenal. I feel fully confident in their guidance, and am very well taken care of. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!

Horrible service...walk in..they have 3 people standing around chatting and texting...ask me a million questions but NOBODY CAN HELP..I need to make an appointment...WHY ARE THEY THERE USELESS!!!! If they are only front desk FIDELITY needs to rethink hiring. Maybe put more into more employees who can help...do not need that much up front..DOING NOTHING

Unfortunately, Fidelity has forgotten about the most important thing....people.....it starts by answering your phones and adding customer friendly automated call backs....too bad maybe they are better at Schwab....

Trying to move my portfolio from Morgan Stanley. I saw a Fidelity commercial on TV where you could come in an talk to a Fidelity Wealth Advisor. That's a lie! They don't want you to enter the building. if they think I am moving almost a million $ portfolio over the phone...they are NUTS!

Horrible customer service. 1 hour on hold to make appointment. Waited 15 minutes after appointment to be told, they would not give service due to me having Bronchitis. The kids that work here are arrogant and rude. The dress code does not make the person.

Amazing experience at this location. Top notch advice and a great customer service experience. I trust Fidelity completely and I’m in great hands with the Sarasota office!

It is impossible to get a Signature Guarantee to transfer funds to Fidelity. Screw it. I am going to find another financial institution, their BIG loss!!!!!!!

Josh P. was fantastic to work with, he responded quickly to all of our questions and made time to talk on the phone with us often. We qualified for an FHA loan through them when other lenders weren't willing to put in the effort, admittedly it was tight lol. I highly recommend choosing this lender, Josh worked hard for us and got us into our dream home.

Best planning experience we have ever had.
