We were fortunate to have the dream team of Dan and Laura for our mortgage refinance with Fairway Funding. Our first mortgage was with a national 'big bank' and the process was full of bad surprises, slow responses, and quick ends to phone calls. When we thought of refinancing, a colleague referred us to Dan due to their positive experience. Every aspect of our mortgage refinance was absolutely amazing; phone calls/emails were responded to very quickly, all questions were answered thoroughly, and I even got to chat baseball with Dan for a bit. We could not recommend Fairway enough and we will use them again if we ever move.

I have used Fairway Funding twice now. Tom Zaharakis goes above and beyond to help and I never found that with any other mortgage/financial company. He helped me 5 years ago buy my very first home and he worked with me to get me set up smoothly. Great experience. Lori and the rest of the Fairway team were fantastic to work with beginning to end. From preapproval through closing, they kept us updated every step of the way. They were honest, responsive, and had a sense of humor! We also were able to close VERY quickly, even when I was hearing horror stories about other lenders and big banks being backed up for months.
