Not sure where to begin when there are so many outstanding things to say about Warren Middleton State Farm Insurance. I am truly cared about, there is personal service to a level that I have never experienced before. The rates are better than USAA and the coverage better as well. They are proactive and detailed, handling a flood insurance issue that I didn't understand and even called my mortgage company to have it all straightened out. We have our automobiles and and home with Warren and he, as well as his staff, are the nicest, most considerate people in insurance. We are life time customers, thank you so much Warren.

We've been with State Farm Insurance since 1994 and have had great customer service over the years. Warren Middleton Agency has been no exception. There’s a lot I could say about Statefarm, especially the Warren Middleton office. We’ve been with them for a while now and have several policies with them. I have zero plans on ever leaving. During the pandemic they worked with us to ensure we kept coverage, even when we hit a few life bumps. I mainly work with Loli when there is something I need for the policies. She is AMAZING! We called their office from a car dealership on a Friday at 4:55pm to start a new policy so we could purchase a car for our son. Most offices would not have answered, but Warren Middleton Statefarm’s office did answer. Not only did Loli answer, she wrote up the policy and emailed proof of insurance so we could make the purchase and drive off the lot. Larry is another person at the agency who is kind and helpful to us. He always follows up with us in regards to life insurance and has even tried to help me get insured after other companies refused. There are several people at the office who have been so helpful. I can’t thank them all by name (because I’m horrible with names), but we’re very grateful for our agents and this agency.

I have been a State Farm customer for nearly 4 years now, and I have been more than satisfied with them since day 1. Warren Middleton's State Farm Agency has been held our Car Insurance and when my husband Art had his car hit at a Curb, Warren stepped in personally and helped us with the repairs and claim; He made everything seamless to get the car repaired. After our St. John's HOME Insurance went belly up, we were able to secure a homeowners policy with this State Farm office, and Libby helped us get a four point inspection and secure a new policy while saving several hundred dollars on our Auto Insurance. We had State Farm our entire lives in Chicago, and know there's a reputable Company we can count on should we encounter an issue.

Warren's team of professionals, especially Libby Blackwell, have been extremely helpful, providing me with the guidance and insights that I needed to navigate my insurance requirements after moving from Washington DC to Lakewood Ranch.

So, I thought the first time was just luck. Didn't realize State Farm was writing homeowner's policies in Florida again, but figured I'd ask since my auto had been with them over 30 years. They saved me over 40% and bundled my auto which we saved money on, also. So, when a relative's house we are helping to put on the market was up for renewal at a very high premium, I told them to try my agent, Warren Middleton. Not only were they very efficient to deal with, but they gave a quick quote which was considerably less if we were willing to have it inspected. The savings that came back, including the inspector fee was less than half of the quote from their current insurer using a carrier that worked better in a soon to sell option. And, that was despite the relative not having any other insurance with them. Great job! There will be more referrals.
