Fidelity Bank US, Raeford

This Bank here in Raeford NC is Fantastic..ALL of the EMPLOYEES are Always Very Courteous and Friendly..I Never have any Problem when I go there. I Really Appreciate the Great Job they Do. Thank You All So Much.

I have been a customer with the Fidelity Bank in Raeford, NC for 10 years or more and I have always received excellent service. The Staff at the Fidelity Bank, Raeford, NC is always professional. I would recommend any one if they want 100% banking needs to go to Fidelity Bank, Raeford, NC. I truly love this bank and the staff.

Been banking with Fidelity bank for 8 years now and you couldn’t pay me to bank with anyone else . Always nice people and Make you feel welcomed and like you are at home . Those are the type of people I trust with my money ! Thanks To John and all the Sweet ladies for always for doing such a wonderful Job!

Awesome bank !!! They all know me so I really never have to have my account number ready for anything they can automatically pull it up for m . Only DISLIKE I had a savings & basically was told I had to close it because I kept going in it to much. Lol , that's my money !!!! But anyways, if you plan on opening a savings at least have 300$ or more at this bank.

I've known John Jordan since I was a young fellow. He's a great person and a great VP! I must also say that Sharon Pilgrim is probably the best Customer Service Representative at the Raeford Fidelity Branch that I've ever had dealings with from ANY bank that I've ever dealt with. She's helped me with multiple accounts and has been extraordinarily friendly, courteous, patient, professional and more! She's the best! I highly recommend this bank branch. I can't emphasize enough how great Sharon and John have been to me, and my family for that matter! Sharon and John are THE BEST you'll ever find in a bank! I could not be more satisfied and pleased by the exceptional service Sharon and John offer to their valued customers. Please let me say that I am really impressed with so much Sharon has helped me with. I won't go into detail, but she and John know! Thanks so much Sharon and John...and please let me say that Ann is the best teller and such a great and sweet, caring lady as well! Thanks!

Working with John at Fidelity bank has been a great experience. He was able to assist me with getting a construction loan for my business, and walked me through the process step by step. The ladies up front are always really nice and I’ve always received awesome service while doing business at Fidelity. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

I love this bank. Employees are always polite, I hardly ever go inside but when I do, they still know my name. ♥️

I called to have money transferred from my account to my husbands account, after receiving the run around from the teller she hung up on me 3 times , and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!! Sharon has provided the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!
