I recently met with Ashley Perry, Sr. Branch Manager at the Fidelity Bank Cary location. The entire experience was awesome. Ashley thoroughly explained everything to me and was open to any questions. She not only provided her professional expertise, she also added a personal touch to our meeting. I felt as though she was my personal financial / banking consultant. Thanks Ashley for making my visit to Fidelity a positive and welcoming one. I will definitely be a long-term client. Also, big thanks to Kris B., who also provided great customer service. Doesn't matter who answers the phone (yes, someone always answers the phone when you call) as everyone is happy to stop what they are doing and help. Fidelity Bank was amazingly easy to work with! I worked directly with Reva most times, but the staff was always friendly and welcoming. I called for a last minute appointment for a check and they fit me in! I would absolutely recommend them to others searching for a bank.
