I started w 1 small business account here to try Fiber, I was BLOWN away by the knowledge and help I continue to receive specifically from Carrie Sloan, because of her alone she single handedly earned my business to now 7 different active business accounts and growing. she is extremely efficient and knows all the ins and outs of her branch. I've been in other times when she wasn't their and their is a big difference on knowledge and what the systems can and cant do. as long as Carrie is employed a large portion of my business will remain at Fibre.

I have had the pleasure of working with several tellers and business consultants at this branch over the years with my dad George Tsugawa. Because I live near Seattle I am not able to bank here. I have had very pleasant interactions and since my dad has recently passed, I have to sadly close some of his accounts. Abby has helped me with my last few interactions with this branch. She has been very kind and congenial. I know their were several like Amanda who always greeted him with extra attention and helped him get in the door and into a chair. There were several others who I have forgotten their names but I would like to thank the entire branch for their kindness to my father for most of his 99 years! Mary Archer

We have banked at the Woodland branch since the day it opened. We love all of the ladies and guys there and have always loved Fibre. Every since the remodel their service has been less than adequate. Now with the Virus going on and the Bank closed on the inside the service is even worse. Today we were the second car in line and waited 35 minutes. (The ATM was out of service). We went to the Kalama branch last week and we were there 5 minutes with 4 cars in line ahead of us. . This it is “our bank” (a community bank) and the service is unacceptable. Isn’t there anything that can be done before you loose customers?

I’ve been having an issue with them for several months because I’m constantly getting charged courtesy fees. I was charged a 30 dollar fee for a 2 dollar overdraft on my youth savings account. They have done this so much that they took out almost half of my rent money and I wasn’t able to get the money back so I wasn’t able to pay rent on time. I’m 19 and only get paid 13 an hour and gets 20 hours a week. So them taking money and sending me to negatives in both my checking and savings can really put a lot of stress on a 19 year old. I’ve called them 3 times about this but they have only said that there is nothing they can do and that I would have to pay it. They did give me back 30 of the 260 back but still isn’t enough. I’m getting a new bank once I have money to pay them.

I opted to walk in because there were a number of cars waiting at the drive up window, but that ended up taking longer. All I had to do is deposit 1 check and cash 1 check. It took almost 15 minutes just for this simple transaction. The teller has so many steps to perform, and then she left her window and was gone for almost 5 minutes.

Waiting for 30 minutes on the drive thru to do one transaction is unacceptable. This branch lobby needs to be open on Saturdays. Have two tellers inside and one for drive thru. We as members have lost way too many benefits over the past three years. Businesses will keep taking advantage of us until we decide to take our business somewhere else. Starting to think another bank may be more appropriate for me. Shared banking is ending which means I'll have to drive a distance to use them and they now have the lobby closed on Saturday... Forcing people to pile up along the windows... The windows are open but not the lobby?

I love fibre but every time I am at the woodland branch things take far longer than they ever should. My last visit I needed a new debit card printed.. A 10 minute process took over an hour. Only checked on once and "told thst the tellers probably know" Worst in branch experience I have had anywhere, no question. If this is your closest branch drive 15 minutes further out WILL save you time.

There are some employees here that are quite rude and make banking here a nightmare. I hate having to go in and do any business because of how unpleasant they can be. I'm simply there to use it as a credit union, what the establishment is, and from certain people all I get is attitude. If they aren't happy with their jobs maybe they should look for new ones, instead of making me feel uncomfortable just by trying to transfer money and withdraw money, even when I want to deposit a check with one employee in particular. I plan on finding a different bank to go through because I have had with feeling like I'm some kind of nuisance, which is a shame because I've had an account here for nearly 10 years.

I've never had an easy time dealing with any branch of Fiber Federal. Thankfully we have other banking other than Fiber, but if you're from the local area or moving looking to switch DO NOT JOIN FIBER FEDERAL.
