Advanced Home Inspections (AHI) - Jay Hooper E Spruce Ave, La Center

This is the second time I've used AHI. I find the team to be extremely thorough and detailed in their inspection. Things that I did not notice, and I'm pretty observant, were brought to my attention and explained as either something I should have addressed or something that is "normal" for a situation. Since I'm older, hopefully I won't move again, but if I do, I'll ask my realtor to engage AHI.

Jay was very thorough with my home inspection. He explained everything in a way I could understand in addition to be very personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services his company offers.

Todd was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. On time and allowed us to ask as many questions after he walked us through his findings. We received the results via email immediately and had no problem booking in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

My realtor chose AHI for my home inspection, they refused to go under the house because of possible rodent activity. I am not stuck with 8,000/12,000 in plumbing issues after owning my house around a year. I highly recommend finding a inspector that will do there job.
