Made an appointment to get my ac fixed 10 days in advance. Felt very confident taking the car to the dealership. Was told I'd get a call to tell me what was wrong and what the price would be. First day 3 o'clock I decide to follow up. They know what's wrong but do not have a price yet and they have to get a part. They'll call in morning to give me price. Next day no call. I call around 11 and they've already started working and guess what... still no price. Don says it will be done in a few hours and I again have to call back about 3 because They'll be closing soon. Car is ready now and he'll get price when i get there. Wow. Fast forward 3 weeks and I'm in Florida with my 4 kids after getting married and my ac goes out! We drive all 6 of us back in no ac. Horrible. Call dealership and they can get me in on Thursday but no courtesy vehicle. I'll have to wait 3 weeks to not be inconvenienced. If the first issues hadn't occurred I wouldn't be so upset. But I consider my experience at this dealership to be garbage and I still have to deal with them or be out all my money for warranties.

I have not had good experiences here. For some reason the last time I brought my jeep in for service they overinflated all of my tires by a good 7psi in the front and 10psi on the back. My tires were all at a good level so they should not have even added any air. They have never gone over the multipoint inspection with me or given me anything with any of this information. I don't get a report of any kind from them when I take my jeep in for service. This dealer is also not able to hold up their end of the Jeep Wave Member benefits and provide a free rental for same day maintenance or repair on a 2021 Jeep that has had multiple issues

The car that i purchased was a preowned car. It was described perfectly including any flaws such as tiny rock chips. They did not try to hide or gloss over any details about the car. My salesperson Tony assured me that the car would be cleaned, it was pretty filthy with mud on the inside and outside, but it had low miles on the car It had been transported from up North someplace I don't remember the city but it came from Wisconsin. Tony told me the car would be detailed, filled with gas, and ready for me to pick up in a day or so. I came back 2 days later. All the mud that was on the inside of the door and trunk was still there, it appears they ran the outside of the car through the car wash but did not open up any doors and wipe out the mud. My definition of detailing is more than an basic car wash. I mentioned this to Tony and he appeared annoyed, they took the car over to have it cleaned a bit more but of course it was not detailed because they returned it in 20 minutes. Now here's the worst part of the ordeal, I was on my way home to St Louis, before I could cross the bridge the gas light came on. How do you miss filling up the gas tank. POC I would stay away from this place. Tony was not apologetic when I called from the gas station. My salesperson lied and said he would put a check in the mail, I had to call the dealership manager to get reimbursed.

I had a great experience with Federico CDJR. Their website was up to date with vehicles on the lot (unlike a couple competitors), the price was reasonable (again, unlike a couple competitors) and Tony was great. It felt like a friend, not a salesman, was showing me all the features of the vehicle.

Iam so disappointed, sad, freaked out....don't know what to do. I bought a used vehicle from them on 2/22 and everything going wrong with it!!!!! It's a 2015 and started with the tire pressure thing popping up ...just figured it was the the up and down weather, but did not go out, did notice a couple of tires looked low so my son took to air all up and no change. Which is not really the 1st thing I noticed not right...the engine was running a little rough to me and the salesperson said drive for a few days and I could bring back for them to look at but it seemed to settle down..then the tire thing started. Then my fan started running after turning car off, 1st just a few seconds, then became longer....up to 5 minutes the last couple of days. In between that the temp gauge started acting weird going up and down, then the engine light came on...went out a few times...I even put some heet in just in case because of all the wet wrather...then I got stranded today at lowes, would not start...gauges going crazy. I am a nurse, in my 60s and work 12 plus hour shifts. I needed a safe and reliable car....I DO NOT FEEL SAFE!!!!! My son did take up a few days ago to check the light situation...some sensor for the cooling or something....I can't afford tthis!!! Huge payment etc... I should have saved my 3000 and just got somethingfrom a private owner. I have to have a car...the weather was awful, so had to grab at the one nice day before next storm came in.
