I called Chris Erwin's office when my (now ex) homeowners insurance company completely blindsided me by increasing my premium 115% in one year, on my friend recommendation. She has been with them for years. I spoke with Colleen and she worked with me to not only get my homeowners insurance premiums drastically decreased, she also helped me bundle in my car insurance and renters insurance. She was professional and personable through the whole process. Explained every step and helped me complete the daunting task of making sure I was covered, and also getting me even better coverage than I originally had! I can't say enough good things about the Chris Erwin team. I had an accident last month and Chris and Colleen made the whole process as easy as could be. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was well taken care of, and reimbursed for every possible penny that I had to spend out of pocket-- not to mention responding to my many phone calls, emails, and questions with patience and kindness. I misplaced my insurance card last summer, only to realize it after being pulled over by a cop on the highway, and Dustin texted a digital copy to my phone right there during the traffic stop so I could avoid a ticket. Chris Erwin is hands down the best insurance agent you will find. He and his staff are exceptionally helpful and always so friendly. Chris and his team are the best! I'm extremely happy, they respond so quickly anytime I reach out to them. Since switching to them my insurance has dropped 25$ a month even after me adding renters. I will always suggest them to anyone looking for new car insurance or any insurance at that!
