    Very satisfied! We bought a used Toyota Corolla in November from here. We noticed on the way home the bottom part of the touch screen wasn’t working so we called the next day and Nate(sales) was super helpful and said just bring it back at our convenience. I assumed I would be waiting there all day for them to look at it, but that was not the case! I got there and they quickly brought me a super nice loaner and told me to take it and when they were done I could come back and switch them out.(we are not from the area, we live about 2 hours away) They ended up having our car longer then expected because of some delays with Toyota. Derek(I believe a service manager) was also great to deal with and kept us updated on our car while they had it. We were very thankful that they gave us the loaner for the whole time they had our car since I drive over 150 miles a day and rely on our smaller vehicle for daily driving. This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. We usually stay local to our area but this dealership had the car I wanted. They treated us better then we’ve ever been treated. We may have found our new place to buy any and all of our future vehicles!

    From the online application to bringing my new pre owned 2020 Nissan home was less than 24 hours. Applied on a Sunday. Went into the dealership on Monday, provided the documents they require and they put together a great deal for me. My credit was worse than I thought it was and they still made it happen. My salesman was Nolan and he was such a chill, professional, and fun guy (he entertained my 2 kids, they had a blast). The finance and sales managers were so welcoming and kind as well. This was hands down the best car buying experience, EVER. I have been recommending them like crazy! You won't be disappointed. I'm from St. Louis, it was WORTH the drive.

    We have now bought two cars here. Both experiences were good and we got a good price on each vehicle. The reason for poor rating is a failure on their part to follow through on providing a missing trim piece. It is missing in the trunk, and we wrote it into the sales contract that they would provide it. After following up multiple times with my salesperson, requesting a tracking number (which was promised and not sent), it has now been four months and I’m resigned to having to go out and buy it myself. Such a minor thing, but will keep me from going back.

    My mother recommended for me to go to Auto Centers Nissian because she has gotten herself and my sister a car there. I went in with my 10mo old son and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Was offered a beverage and placed in the waiting room. I waited a very short time and was given a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman named Connor. He made my car buying experience so pleasant. Not only was he able to get me into my dream car by myself but he made me feel like so confident and happy, likewise for the financial representative as well.     Updated review: nightmare with a happy ending. Friday 6/3/22 I drove in with just over 10k miles on my car. It needed an oil change, but otherwise was running like a dream. By telling me that I would increase the life of my tires, I was convinced to include a rotation with my oil change. When I left, it began shaking at speeds over 45 mph. Several of my lug nuts were not properly tightened down, but tightening them with the tire iron did not eliminate the shaking. I took it to my parents' where my dad torqued them down with his impact wrench, and they followed me out of their subdivision. They called me from the road almost immediately to let me know that it still had a visible wobble and that I needed to return to the dealership to get that looked at. As I drove home, I noted that it had also begun squealing lightly when I applied the brakes. This was all very distressing, and I did not feel safe driving my car. Today, 6/6/22, I went back. Justin B was very calming and reassuring in an otherwise distressing situation. They found and fixed the problem and road tested before sending me back out. I really appreciate the way that Justin handled the situation, and I'm sorry that I won't bump my rating up to 5 stars. I just feel that my experience Friday was frightening enough to leave a reduction. I will offer this advice though: if you have a service tech who is leaving, on good terms or bad, have someone else road test their work to ensure quality of service. It might take a few extra minutes, but it could catch potentially life threatening mistakes (like loose lug nuts on the interstate) before your customer leaves.

    Jerry Gamblin should be commended for his service to the customer. I talked to every car dealership in a 100 mile radius of me. We were lucky to have Jerry take care of us. He stayed in contact with me until the vehicle I wanted came in and he showed to stay transparent through every step of the way. I am so thankful for his kind and knowledgeable service. No pressure to purchase any add ons. Transaction happened much quicker than I thought it would as well.

    I initially made an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in and when I arrived the salesman was super nice and everything moved smooth. We get back to the dealership after I told the salesman I am going to buy the car with cash. After a while of waiting he comes back and tells me there will be a $1,000 charge because I am paying cash and their financial department won't be getting paid and "that's just how the market is currently". I was never told this up-front, and the salesman even acted confused.

    We drove a two and half hour drive, just to check about a xt5 Cadillac Suv, and we had the worst young sales person ever, he wouldn't even let us talk with a sales manager. After about a hour, we just got to stressed and left. He even said the manager was to busy to talk with us. What kind of sales boy is that, I asked him, how long have you worked here and he said, probably a year 🤔. He also replied he was just happy to have the car. Guess he plans on keeping it. For some reason he just wouldn't let us talk with a manager. I even begged him. And he said nope , the manager was to busy. It was about 5:30 pm on Thursday 21 of April. 2022. I even talked with the car lot across the street. About the craziness. And even he got a good laugh 😃.

    Drove 4 hours for a titan. Wouldn't gibe me what they had offered before making the drive. My truck was in great shape (very good) according to kbb. Kbb valued my trade at 34k, they offered 29 k when I first arrived. My online offer was between 31k and 33k. Brand new truck with damage to bed. Very disappointing

    I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima Platinum RP from this location. I took it in to the service department because there was some serious shaking/wabbling going on in the tire/tires that needed immediate attention, and I also wanted to add some accessories. As usual they took it to the back, found the problems, fixed them and installed my Exterior Light Kit. They called to let me know my car is ready, I pick my car up and it's perfect and it still is today. Autocenters Nissan Inc. in Woodriver IL Is Awesome!!!

    Awesome to Awful: I bought a new Titan here about a year ago. Loved the transaction and process. I was a lifetime customer here. Until today… Over the past few months I’ve been getting email and text from this dealership telling me they want to buy my truck. I figured since I have some lifestyle changes it might be a good Idea. After using their online tool to see what the trade-in range would be, I decided it might be worth it. After several back and forth with Mr. Skaggs I decided to come in and see a different truck. After the 45-minute drive to get there Mr. Skaggs was nowhere. I met with Jordan, who I had the pleasure of dealing with before. Talking to Jordan I realized they might have lured me to the dealership to pitch some misinformation to me. My “offer” from the website was a range 4 thousand more than what the dealership offered. I had the whole BAIT and SWITCH pulled on me. If they’re going to use a “third party” site on their website, they should stand by it, or not use it. This whole experience ruined me on this dealership. Zero integrity. I wasted my time online with this dealership, 45 minutes to get there, 45-1 hour there, 45 minutes home. They didn’t respect my time or my willingness to be a return customer. Return I wont. They may have sent me back to Toyota.

    So bought a truck for a very large amount of money and within 4 days had a cat code the remote start stopped working and there was hidden water damage on the sliding headliner wanted to be reasonable and still work with them but get into a different truck off their lot (this should have been simple cause the funding hadn’t went through yet so was a matter of canceling one contract and starting another) however they wanted to approach it as a trade in and give me thousands less than what I paid for it four days prior) the manager kept sending the poor sales guy back and forth to relay this too us and couldn’t even take the time to speak to us himself. Terrible service terrible experience would not recommend dealing with auto centers nissan. The part that angers me the most of is we spent over 40 on this truck and the manager didn’t even speak to us, horrible customer service.

    The best experience I've had here was the day I purchased and up until the survey that followed the purchase. After those events ended it seems as if the true personality and spirit of the dealership came to light. The atmosphere of the dealership is very unwelcoming to me as an African American man. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the dealership since closing the sale. I am sorry that I purchased the Kicks not because of the car but because of the customer service afterwards.

    It is unfortunate that the dealership charges a $1000 dollar fee (on top of the delivery fee and ect.) for cash purchases and outside financing. They do not tell you this until you are ready to buy. The dealer I worked with was great. Just a terrible company policy. I always use USAA because their rates have always beat the dealer by 1/2 point or better. This is the first time I have ever encounter a fee from a dealer for using USAA. I am not a fan of surprises and that dealer along with Nissan has lost my business for sure. Update: Thank you for the response. Yes the $1000 fee is in the disclosures and it tells me a couple things. A. You hope that the customer does not read them or pay attention, or if they do catch it they will just accept it since they have spent the time and energy to get that far. B. It also tells me, the rates through dealer financing are much higher than the competitor or you would need to have such a high fee. A $1000 fee is designed to scare the buyer into dealer financing. C. It also tells me your marketing manager is not very good at their job. Customers love discounts but not fees. If it were presented up front as a discount for using dealer financing then customers would not think twice about it. Read your negative reviews. Almost all of them had to do with the $1000 fee. Most did not realize it until after they had purchased.

    That place ripped me and my son off. Long story but was lied to about rebate, price, extended warranty, was supposed to co sign with my son come to find out 32 days later I am first on the loan, was told by finance man when I asked why am I signing the first line he stated it's just procedure. Second time I asked when I asked first line is usually for the first on a loan. He stated it's just the way it prints out sometimes. He knew all along. Flat out lied. They sold vehicle as new but it had 6000 miles on it. I didn't even know that till we had signed. So in turn we paid about $5000.00 too much for basically a used vehicle. And to top it all off my son don't pay attention as much as he should and the salesman Kyle Cobb stole $1000.00 from him. When my son realized what he done he called and no answer. Finally answered text and said we both counted it. Like I say long story but he should have said you gave me too much and gave it back. I live 3 hours south of there in Missouri bootheel. I was just wanting to get it bought and get it into my bankers hands a few months down the road. I went by and talked to finance manager a couple of days ago and he said well Kyle Cobb no longer works here. It's your word against his. He is working at Nissan dealer in St Charles MO. But the fact is he was working at 🚘 Centers when we bought the vehicle. And I seen that finance guy that lied to me the other day when I stopped by there. Anyway steer clear in my opinion of Auto Centers in Wood River. They will lie,cheat,and steal.

    I honestly went in to your dealership not knowing what to expect. I knew the truck I had seen on your website fit my needs. But buying a non domestic company's product has always been taboo in my family. But in 2021 the Japanese car company's are making products that are more American made than all the American car company's are producing. So I decided to roll the dice. We had Mr. Price for a salesman he was extremely helpful up front and honest. Mr. Price was not high pressure. That's good i hate that. George Weber could learn a lesson from this. Your financial guy the young man got me a much better interest rate than I expected. I am a very happy buyer. Thanks for everything Don Stephenson

    Would not recommend unless you are a professional and know everything there is to know when buying a car. They are only interested in making a sale, not helping customers. I’ve bought 4 cars in the past 2 months for my business. The first one was easy and smooth so I felt compelled to return. However the last 3 all had issues. Most notable is the 2017 Toyota Corolla that I purchased on June 19, 2021. Turns out this car has an open recall! So it can’t be used in my business until this is rectified. The problem is, since this is a used and not new car, Nissan is telling me that it’s my problem even though I’ve had the car less than 24 hours. They said it’s perfectly legal to do that and I should have read the auto check paper better before signing it. While that may be true, I find it highly problematic that a company wouldn’t satisfy the need of a customer that has shopped with them very frequently and without complaint for the most part. Safety is our biggest concern and all Nissan manufacture recalls are performed onsite however some manufacture recalls and cosmetic items may not be addressed. Each customer is give the opportunity to inspect each vehicle prior to purchase.     I will no longer take my care in for service to this dealership. I put a lot of miles on my car and am faithful with bringing it in for oil changes, etc. At one point, I had them change the cabin filter. They didn't correctly change the filter which caused me to lose heat during winter. When I took it in to get it corrected, within days it was broken again after still not be fixed correctly. More recently, I took it in to get a seat belt buckle replaced after a dog lead would not come out. The first time the ordered the wrong seat belt. Now, they've replaced the wrong seat belt. Because they close at 5pm and are no longer open on weekends, I either have to miss work or have someone take payment and pick up my keys for me. I can't afford to miss work so often and had my keys picked up today. They assured me on the phone that it was fixed and everything was correct. It was not. I am so disappointed. While they are get at selling the cars, they are terrible at servicing them for anything beyond the oil change. I would not advise any extensive service at this dealership.

    I went in today for the buyback event where they advertise they will give you up to 4000 over blue book for your trade. Austin was my salesperson who seemed nice but not really motivated or very caring. They appraised my vehicle and when he came back all he said is that they need a down payment to cover the gap between my loan and the difference. I asked him what the trade in offer was and he wouldn’t tell me. I told him I knew it appraised for this value and with that plus the 4 thousand I was good to go. He talked to the manager again and came back and said they had to get a down payment or would have to try to get me into a 2020 Murano instead of the 2017 Cadillac I was looking at. I told him no I don’t want a Murano and he asked me why. This kind of took me aback a bit as who are you to ask me why I don’t want a car. I explained I came in for the Cadillac and I had pre approval with no money down with the amount they should give me on the trade in. There was no reason for me to spend 40 grand on a Murano when I came in for a 24 thousand dollar Cadillac. I said you mean to tell me you want money down on the 24 thousand dollar car but none if I spend 40 on a Murano? I said it’s not happening. He spoke to the manager again and then told me at the last minute I had to buy a new Nissan or would not qualify for the extra 4 thousand. This blew my mind because all the advertising online never said a word about that. I even showed him the Facebook page and questions where customers had asked that and had been told it was for new or used. He couldn’t give me an answer other than he didn’t know or run the online marketing department. I told them to give me what is advertised or I was walking. They chose to let me walk away with very little effort to make me feel cared about or valued as a customer. I bought my new Rogue in 2016 from you and my husband also bought his Altima. Needless to say you have lost us as customers for sales and service. We will not be back since we are not valued and are lied to about what is going on at this event. I even called to inquire about an appointment and discussed the Cadillac I was interested and asked about the 4000 over blue book offer. I was confirmed this was available by Bob. Then I get there and it’s a different story. A gimmick to get you into the door and a waste of time. I was so happy with the purchase of my first car back in 2016 but this has really ruined my outlook on this dealership. No ethics what so ever. If you advertise something then you should follow suit. Poor business practices and terrible customer service. I will buy my next car elsewhere that values me as a customer.

    Communication was horrible, their systems to buy online did not work as advertised, and the professionalism is lacking. Salesman promised two keys with the vehicle, stopped communicating with me about the second key, finally sent it two weeks later and when I received it the key didn't work. I told the salesman the key didn't work and he said he would make it right. An entire day went by without him contacting me about it so I had to call him and when I did he said I needed to drive out to the dealership (an hour away) to have service program the key. When I complained about driving out there again the salesman said I wasn't supposed to get the second key anyway so I should basically just deal with it. Told him I shouldn't have to deal with this since it was their mistake and he hung up the phone on me. Additionally, while this was going on I sent a complaint through their system and asked to be contacted and a week later I still haven't been contacted by management. On the positive side, the finance manager was a complete professional, was the most helpful finance manager I have ever dealt with, and was the best part about the whole transaction. Took me over two weeks to leave a review and their system kept asking for one so here it is. I would definitely go somewhere else to buy a car.

    I purchased a new Rogue on March 11. I was sent home with my license plate only half attached and the other screw stuck. That is now fixed and I am happy with my service on the repair. Overall I am very frustrated. My paperwork came late and missing the check for my taxes I rolled over into my loan. I called and was told it would be mailed that day. Here we are over a week later and still no check. I am going out of town tomorrow with my vehicle not registered and my taxes not paid when this should have been done weeks ago. If I decide to buy another Nissan I will be choosing another dealership.

    Bought a brand new Altima in June and purchased an extended warranty during the financing process. Decided I didn’t need it in July and took the appropriate steps with the warranty company (EFG) to submit the cancelation. EFG advised that the Auto Centers will process the cancelation and handle the refund. Warranty was canceled 3 weeks ago but cannot get through to anyone about how the refund will be applied (apply it to NMAC financing balance, etc.). All I have is one simple question and calls, texts, emails do not get returned with anyone there. Ridiculous. I’m now trying to work with the warranty company to see if a sales manager at EFG can escalate this.

    So I was researching cars and came across one on Autotrader that looked really good. I called Autocenters Nissan and talked to Bob to make sure the price was real. I explained that I just had a bad experience going to a dealership that was a bit of a drive for me only to find out that the price was not as advertised. I wanted to be SURE that if I drove 45 minutes to his dealership that the price was the price advertised. I was assured that it was and I made the appointment to for that same day 2 hours later with Bob who will be there until 8pm. I get there at 6:00 and Bob has left for the day and the price is $3600 more than advertised and they won’t budge. What a bunch of disrespectful crooks. Needless to say I won’t ever buy a car from these poor excuses for human beings but I will share my dreadful experience with as many as I can so that they understand that blatantly lying to me is unacceptable.

    We had spoken with a woman over the phone and told us to come in and they would have no problem getting a vehicle. We get to the dealership and we get the used car sales manager Ryan Heston; he didn’t want to really tell us about the features of the vehicle. (We were looking at a new vehicle) we took the car for a test drive and try to run numbers. He didn’t really seem to care if he sold a car or not. We agreed on numbers for a vehicle. I go in to Ryan’s office I write the check out and then he comes back and tells me I can’t get the vehicle. I asked to speak with his manager, he comes back and says “he is too busy” then proceeded to start an argument with me in the middle of the store. He then got in my face and said “I AM THE USED CAR SALES MANAGER” so you can leave!! There is the door bye!! I told him he was rude and he didn’t like that.

    I drove there because they had the hard-to-find pathfinder in the package level I wanted. I am not happy they charged me sticker plus a grand upcharge but then my local dealer McClarty Daniel in Bentonville Arkansas said they would get me one in about a week or so and charge me sticker plus 5 grand upcharge. This is ridiculous to pay sticker price push and upcharge is just wrong. When gas stations try to do this in the past they got called out for it. you should all be ashamed of yourselves. Sticker is MORE than fair.

    My customer service rep Derek was very friendly and helpful. Derek was dedicated to making sure I was satisfied before I left. Outside of the customer service, I was very disappointed that at my last visit my service rep Justin, insisted I needed new drive belts, in which I payed for, then come to find out it was included In the 60,000 mile service that I received. They gave me a “discount” off of the price of my 60,000 service but it still did not compensate what I had already payed at the previous service. I feel like they are trying to pinch every penny they can from me, as well as take advantage of me. This is highly disappointing because I’ve never missed a service and am a loyal nissian customer. I’ve purchased every part for my car there including new tires all the way down to brand new tires every time it’s been recommended.

    Bought an '18 Genesis G80 from them. Love the car, but the experience was... lacking. 1. Falsely advertised car as "90 days no payments." Ended up being told by the finance guy it was actually 45 days and that "they were aware of the issue." I was already too far in the process to feel like that was a breaking point. 2. Told me my car has a 10-year/100k warranty from the manufacturer. Actually, only applies to certified pre-owned cars and/or the original owner, neither which were applicable. 2a. On the topic of warranties, the "lifetime warranty" seems like a gimmick since it covers anything in the drivetrain EXCEPT for seals and gaskets, which are often the most common failure points. So, unlikely you'll ever be able to cash in on that. 3. Advertised with Michelin tires but they swapped them out with no-names. My fault for not catching this, I ended up swapping them out with some Hankooks because a) don't put cheap tires on nice cars b) they flat-spotted real bad (which I suspect is why the tires were overinflated by 6 PSI from the dealership) c) the ride felt "off, and I suspected these cheap tires. 3a. After I had the Hankooks installed, the ride did not improve because... I found out I had not one but two bent rims (also the alignment was off). These were 100% NOT FROM ME as the ride felt this way FROM THE DEALERSHIP! Not only were they bent, they were bends of the lateral type which CANNOT be repaired. The cheap tires were installed and balanced by the dealership, so they should have caught that. The other being they were fine when that happened but damaged while being used as a "manager demo," i.e., manager drove the car for personal use. I tried contacting both managers, Pete Pierce and Curtis Winterbottom, and never got any response. Ended up shelling out for two new rims out of my own pocket and the ride is night and day different. Ride's way better than it did straight from the dealership lot. Also, no issues with the actual personal interactions with the salesperson, Jordan, and finance person, Jonathon. They were both very pleasant to deal with. Edit: Despite their response to my public review below, I never heard from them neither in relation to my original outreaches nor my review. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They came and told me what needed to be done, and was very prompt in getting the work done. I get my oil changes done here also and love the service that is provided at the dealership.     I drove down about three hours to pick up a particular vehicle. When I decided to buy it on Saturday, I need to come back Monday morning to finish up the paperwork when I got there, it still wasn’t ready from the service department. Also, apparently the battery had deteriorated from the vehicle sitting on the lot over the winter. The vehicle wouldn’t start until jumped. Once I got it home, again the new vehicle wouldn’t start. I was able to go to my local Nissan dealer and get it replaced, but I think auto Nissan of Wood River should have put a new battery in knowing that it was a problem.

    I was buying a used 2016 Murano Platnum. Did see the body scraped until they washed it. The touch up paint washed right off. My Issue was the fact they tried to sell it at full Blue Book Value and it had 2200.00 dollars of body damage. And would only take 1000.00 off. Never again will I wasted my time at this dealership unless they are replacing my transmission or engine under the life time warranty!

    We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Auttocenters Nissan. Kyle was by far the best sales person we've ever had. It didn't feel like a sale but a conversation while choosing the best fit for our needs. We had multiple options (some we hadn't even considered). And in the end it was very painless. A couple days after the sale there was an engine light come on. Auttocenters took care of me. They got it fixed as fast as possible (with shipping in a part) and had me in a loaner with out making me feel guilty about it.

    Not very happy at all with them. Wanted to look at an Armada we saw online so we walked in and it took 5 min for us to even get a salesman to talk to us, and then once we did they wanted our drivers license, phone number, make, and model of car we were thinking about trading in. After those 10 min of the salesman fumbling around it took another 15 minutes for him to find the armada and get it pulled up. Completely unhappy with our experience. Wiggity wasn’t they way to go for us. Didn’t find a good car salesman, but everyone around was an excellent salesman of free hot dogs and soft drinks.

    This dealership failed to disclose extensive rust damage on all four rotors. Not only did this affect the car cosmetically, but it also made the car extremely squeaky any time the car is driven. You can hear the car coming from down the road due to the rust damage. This should have been disclosed and included in the pictures since this was a remote vehicle purchase. I bought this and paid to have it shipped to me. They definitely took advantage of that. No respectable dealership would sell a car with rust damage without a picture and disclosing it. I’m in the process of selling my old car to Vroom and Carvana and that is one of the few questions they ask…is there rust damage!? Seems like standard business practice to disclose rust damage. I’ve tried contacting them for 6 months since the sale of the car. I was passed around to different departments, given inaccurate information, and finally spoke with the operations manager, Wil Lickenbrock, who said he was not going to do anything to rectify the situation. (Also a VERY difficult person to deal with!) I was told the extensive rust doesn’t affect brake performance!!! Seriously? That’s your way of dealing with this situation. Wow, way to make a bad business move even worse. And doesn’t part of “good brake performance” mean not squeaking?? I recently bought new brakes on a car and if they squeaked all around town, the mechanic would definitely want to fix that. When I suggested them paying for brake replacement was the easier route (compared to legal, mediation, etc…), he said he felt threatened and that made him not want to help me. He is the manager of operations 🤦‍♀️, not a child. He should get over himself, suck up his pride, and do what’s best for AutoCenters (which is take care of the customers- in case they have forgotten). Save yourself a lot of wasted time, frustration, and money….avoid this dealership.

With that said, vehicle Safety and Operating Performance is inspected and addressed with each vehicle prior to sale, rust may build up and be present on rotors, however squeaking brakes are not performance or warrantable items.     We had such a poor experience there this week. The entire experience felt shady but today was blatantly dishonest. We went to look at cars on Wednesday and kept getting pointed to cars outside of our budget. I had to ask three times to get the price of a car and when he finally told me the price, it was below our budget which made it a perfect fit. We came back two days later to purchase the car after telling our sales person that we were coming to purchase that exact car. He was fully informed of our intention to purchase that specific car. When we arrived, our sales person apologized and said that the car was taken back to the service center unexpectedly for routine service. He then immediately asked if we wanted to look at different cars to purchase. I told him we were only interested in that car. He then left to find out when it would be available and told us it wouldn't be available until Monday or Tuesday. I asked if we could start the paperwork process to purchase the car and then come get it when it was ready. He refused to sell us the car. It was blatant bait and switch and they even went so far as to hide the car from us. Disgusting practices. We won't be back and do not recommend them. I live several hours away and emailed Bobby to see if the price they gave me would be accurate. I didn’t want to drive several hours for them to change it on me. His response was it was accurate. I get there and they offer me $8,000 less than what they originally told me. Walked out immediately, complete waste of time.

    Sent all trade information prior to my 4 1/2 drive. When I arrived the salesman showed me the truck I was interested in. No one told me it was a program vehicle. (Another salesman had drove it almost 1000 miles And there was dirty socks under the back seat) after the test drive we sat down for the "official" numbers. They offered me $10,000 less then they said on the phone on a truck that smelled better and was in better shape. Frustrated I left, but here is the cherry I called a local dealer to get it for me and they ran the VIN and said Nissan put it on a no sale list because of the transmission. They said I would get a $100 gift card to help with gas as well but you guessed it.messed that up to.Terrible customer service.and very unprofessional.

    I spoke to Bob for two days straight and asked several times about my trade value. I called him and I have two text messages with the value he had on my trade. I drove two and a half ours with three girls in the car. I was bout 60 miles from the dealership when he sends a text to tell me that he dropped my trade by $6000. What a joke! He never even came out to apologize! I spent gas that I shouldn’t have to come up here and then the text saying the dropped my trade value. Bob is a joke! Do not waste your time. Oh and one star is being nice. I’m response from below someone could have made some sort of effort. The poor guy helping me was just in the middle. The point was to get get me there and well you did! I drove two and a half hours for absolutely nothing. No one tries to work with nor cared to do so. I will not be back and I will let others know. Thanks for your “perfect sounding” response. I’m just saving others wasting their time.

    Terrible experience. They wouldn't honor their 100% warranty posted on the window...they put new tires on the vehicle but did not balance them so had really bad vibrations - had to take vehicle to different dealer and pay for balance. The gas tank was left near empty. They way over charged on GAP and Bumper to Bumper warranty so I took my loan to First Community Credit Union - night and day difference. Lastly they took months to refund my GAP and Bumper to warranty money - they wouldn't respond to emails and then called me and put the blame on me. Be very careful when dealing with this dealer. Try First Community Credit Union - their rates will more than likely beat AutoCenters Nissan, they offer better Warranties, GAP, and they don't run the heck out of your credit.

    First time at this dealership and the last. Manager gives me an appropriate offer on my trade in. I come back the following day to finalize the deal and the manager claims he made a mistake and meant to give my car a fair kbb rating instead of good. Then proceeds to lower the offer by over 2k. Interesting since I've never had any problems with the vehicle and take care of the maintenance. What an insult. The least you could of done was own it and stand by your word but you knew exactly what you were doing.

    I was looking for a new 2022 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X and found one at AutoCenters Nissan in Wood River, IL, that fit the needs that I was looking for. I spoke with AMANDA first, then she sent me to JORDAN who verified all fees, and extra costs associated with the purchase. This dealer, at least for this one vehicle, did not have $3-6k markup with "extras". It was the cost of the truck + $300 doc fee + a $20 temp tag. I'm out of state, so that was my only cost. I paid my taxes back here at home. I had to get a transport service to bring the truck to Hoover, AL, which ran me $875. Jordan sent pictures & gave me details when asked in a timely fashion. I could not have been more pleased with this dealer and the complete transaction itself except for one detail that was unavoidable - the front license plate cover. AL does not have a front plate law, but IL does, so the truck came with a front plate bracket which used 4 screws to hold it in place. When I took it off, 4 holes were in the front bumper which I was extremely unhappy about. I didn't want to put a vanity plate on the front so I opted to either try and vinyl cover the area, or have a body shop make repairs, or what I eventually ended up doing - ordered some paint-matching bumper plugs from bumperplugs.com. That was the easiest and cheapest alternative and did not look bad at all after the plugs were installed. In the end, that was my only complaint - the holes in the front bumper. Outside of that, I highly recommend this dealer, and I would 100% shop for a car there again if they have what I'm looking for. Ask for AMANDA or JORDAN - those guys communicated well & literally did everything I asked of them for this long-distance purchase. Thank you Amanda, Jordan, and AutoCenters Nissan!

    The vehicle was nice however the service was poor. First, they up charged for the vehicle by $1000. Second, they lied about the 90 days before making a 1st payment. Third, they promised the vehicle would be detailed, it wasn't. They just sprayed the tires with some kind of shine; no vacuuming or cleaning of any of any sort. When I asked why the price of the vehicle was up charged by a $1000, their excuse was the financing company charge an additional $1000 which I called them and they informed me they financed what the dealership said the price of vehicle. Be careful and please do your due diligence when concerning buy from this dealership.

    Bought a 2021 Rogue didn't get a second key called multiple times and talked Derek about sending it he said he would NEVER DID. It's not like I'm asking for free stuff we bought a BRAND NEW CAR. Then there was a noise coming from the front end my wife took it back twice they found nothing, the 3rd time we had them look at it my father in law dropped it off and they found the noise and ordered parts to fix it. This place is ridiculous ZERO CUSTOMER service after the sale, and the service department definitely ignores what a woman tells them which is sad as hell won't return to this dealership and salesman turnover is crazy high thats a red flag I egnored.

    After much research purchased a new car 🚗.The paperwork and approvals took forever because it was an unusually busy for a Thursday. They had plenty of free snack food including fountain ⛲️ soda and really good hotdogs while waiting . They also have a big screen TV 📺.I didn't feel pressured to buy. They use a combination of computers, tablets, and a limited handwritten forms speeding up the process.

    Great experience with Zac and the finance dept. I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa and so far I love it. It gets fantastic gas mileage and it's not as small as you think. The trunk space is huge! I will definitely recommend Autocenters Nissan for others. My parents are considering trading in their 2020 Rogue for an update and my dad is now considering trading his truck for a new Titan! Great service by this team.

    At the beginning the experience was top notch. The salesman was friendly and went above and beyond. It was not until it came down to the hard part of negotiations did things go south. We understood our range may not have been within reason. Things did not pan out and we decided to leave without purchasing that day. At the end is where the 3 stars come from. Instead of the salesman coming out to thank us for our time and allow us the opportunity to possibly think it over and maybe come back.. he decided to hide in the bosses office and have the boss come out to give us our key to our current vehicle. We would have most likely come back but after that we will take our business elsewhere. They may be a good fit for some but just not for us.

    About 75% of staff had no masks on. Even when walking around in the customer waiting area, where yet more people weren’t wearing masks. The guy who was moving the cars around most definitely wasn’t wearing one while getting in and out of multiple vehicles, no gloves and no wiping down the places he touched. We’re still in a pandemic and your employees are acting like it’s all normal. The service was fine, the gentleman who waited on me and I interacted with was nice and helpful. I just don’t feel that proper safety precautions were taken seriously by most of the rest of the staff.

    I took my car in because power steering had a leak , They installed power steering hose, power steering pressure sensor and power steering fluid. I drove the car home and the next two days I went out and the car would not start and window was let down my themselves and it rain in my car. It appear have electrical problem after installing the pressure sensor. I was strained had to call roadside assistance to jump start my car. I call customer service rep. she stated I had to talk to an advisor they never called me back. I eventually called and she said that I will have to bring the car in order to see what wrong. I told can the come get it because I have to take off work again and not sure if it will make it there. I just paid $671.00 for them to mess up my car more than what it was and she was not helpful or concern. I went outside to see if the car would start up. It started but sounded really loud. I pop the hood and no power steering fluid in my car. But on my service sheet it said that I paid for power steering fluid but the did not top off my car with it. I have been with Nissan for years and I am very disappointed in them. I took my last stimulus money to get my car fix and I just been rip off. I will not buy another car nor will recommend your service.

    Bought a certified pre owned vehicle here. The purchase went perfect but the customer service in the following days was pathetic. We had a service scheduled and they did not prepare a car for us so they gave us a run around to get it. The sales manager is completley disrespectful and pretty much doesn't give a damn about service at all. He will not return a call or take a call so what's the point of having him. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that wants quality and professionalism.

    I went to Auto Centers Nissan expecting to buy a used 2017 Malibu and while they were taking down my information and running my credit the salesperson came back to me a told me that they were going to upgrade me to a brand new vehicle at a lower interest rate and a vehicle with all the bells and whistles on it. Needless to say I was ecstatic and after I test drove my Sentra I asked where to sign. Once I got to see the finance manager he was very careful to explain to me what everything meant and he was also able to get my gap insurance and maintenance all built into my monthly payment. I absolutely love my 2020 Sentra and I’ll never shop anywhere else. Thank you very much to Kyle Cobb my salesperson and Randy the finance manager and to the whole auto centers Nissan family.

    🚩Bought a 2016 vehicle here in 2021 & paid full asking price plus 10k down. They offered me $140 for my 2008 Mariner Premier trade in. Photo attached. I recommend going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Maybe you’ll have a better experience but mine was bad.

    Would never recommend this dealership to anybody. It took me 3 to 4 days to get simple answers from anybody there. First took multiple days to get a price of a vehicle. After I decided I would like to purchase the vehicle, it takes two days to hear back from finance department. Even being busy, it should not take multiple days to have an answer. That’s if you want to make a sale. After first contact, it seems they just don’t care at that point. After waiting multiple days, calling every couple hours to get an answer, I finally decided to go with a different dealership and pay more money for a vehicle Just to not deal with them.

    My son bought a car after graduating college. He was told if he produced a letter from the college that he graduated that he would get a $500.00 rebate. We emailed our sales guy the letter the next day, which they said to do and we have not he a rd anything from anyone. If you said that to sell a car, that is wrong. If you no intention on providing the rebate then they should of said so. Put a sour taste in his mouth as being a new car owner. He said he will never buy from there again.

    After receiving a mailer from Autocenters Nissan wanting to buy my vehicle and asking me to text a number for an automated price quote based off the VIN number I received a quote of "between $30,255 and $33,180". Of course this is to get you in the store and I expected a lower offer along the lines of what my research showed to be fair (between $27k and $29k) I showed up in store today and a salesman took the basic info(year/make/model/trim) and gave me a "ballpark value" of $23k(never having even glanced at my vehicle or gotten a vin number so no reason for huge deductions). $7k to $10k less than what they used to get me in the store with even less information that the vin would have given them. I asked why he is wasting my time and he indicated he had no idea where I got the numbers I mentioned. I showed him the texts and he still claimed he had no idea what that was about. That would have been bad to have that big of a tease to trick you to coming in, but worse is I then went to Carmax and jonny londoff who offered $28.2k and $27.5k respectively after actually looking at my vehicle($4.5k to $5.2k higher than Autocenters Nissan ridiculous lowball "ballpark offer"). I will point out in all cases these were offers to buy my vehicle outright not to do a trade-in so these offers are not impacted by different markup on a vehicle i was buying(as i was not even contemplating buying anything). They have ensured they lost me as a potential customer for good.

    I pulled up there with my 2007 Chevy Silverado ... 150,000 miles ... good condition. Wanting to make a trade and buy a new truck. Well they tried ripping me off , basically steal my vehicle. They offered me $1500$?!?!?... another dealership offered me $12,000... I blue booked it sitting there and it was $11,000-$14,000. I hope people don’t fall for this , these guys are THEIVES , and with the way the world is now, we don’t need these greedy individuals taking advantage of common folk trying to better themselves. Sick to my stomach . I WOULD NEVER TRY TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!

    Wow my salesman Roy was a excellent person and he means what he says. Everything he told me from the minute I walked in the door remained true until the end. They really worked hard to get you a deal that you could smile about. Yesterday I went to another dealer and they said they couldn't do anything with me with a 634 credit score, told me I needed a Co-signer. I was upside-down on a vehicle and I had a bankruptcy within the last 2yrs, and these guy got me 2016 SUV. I went in with no expectations at all and felt that I would get the same results as yesterday. After we closed on the deal everyone was walking past saying "congratulations." Even the guys that you don't get to see, that are talking with the banks even came out and congratulated me. So as I'm finishing up with finance the finance manager said that he saw where he could sweeten up the deal even more. He lowered my APR and added Gap insurance and saved me $50. They fed me made me feel like they really appreciated my business. I've been smiling ear to ear the whole time. I would recommend these guys to anyone. If they did it for me they can do it for you.

    I arrived for an oil change for my 2008 Sentra. It was a busy day but my service was completed within an hour. I asked the service writer to have the technician inspect my tires and look for alignment issues, balance issues, belt issues or anything else that could be wrong with my tires. I didn't see any of this request on my service receipt when I left. I asked the service advisor if they had found anything and he told me no.

    We traded in our 13 1/2 year old car! We purchased it a month before our wedding! It was very sad to see the old car go! We looked immensely at other cars with a manual transmission but we came up short for the amount of mileage that was on the cars we looked at. I would definitely have liked to see a manual transmission option in a Nissan. Maybe at least in the kicks! Though the kicks is rather small for our family of 5 I would have to say we settled for the automatic transmission with the Nissan rouge.

    AutoCenters had a vehicle I was interested in. I went and did a test drive on Wednesday the 24th. I called today Saturday the 27th to confirm if they still had the SUV, I was told they did. I then told them I'd be in at 3pm to purchase. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she said it will be there, that it is a demo car so the salesman was in so the SUV was there as well. I asked her to please have it cleaned up when I got there since when I saw it Wednesday it was as if it was someone's car. There were prescription bottles in it, a cell phone and some cologne in the console. She assured me it would be cleaned up. My husband and I arrived and the sales guy was in the middle of a sale so he handed us the keys and we took the SUV for a test drive since my husband was not with me the first time. Upon getting in the car, same thing. Cell phone and cologne still in the console, some prescription paperwork still out. We decided to look over this and were happy with the SUV and decided we would purchase it. We went back inside, our sales guy was still tied up. That was no issue at all, we would wait. We walked around outside for about 10 minutes and the sales guy comes out and says...."sorry, that 2017 Murano just sold"........???? This is so confusing to me. I've done car sales in the past. If you are actively making a sale, you keep the keys with you, you wouldn't let another customer take it for a test drive!!!! Since I was told this was a demo car and twice the car had someone's personal belongings in it, it makes me think the salesman who was using the SUV probably decided to purchase it when he found out someone was there to make a purchase. This seems very deceptive to me. If there was really someone there to purchase the vehicle, they could have told me that on the phone (she did put me on hold to make sure they still had it) or they could have at least called me before I made the trip to the dealership. I will not be looking at AutoCenters in the future.

    Ok so this was my 1st time looking at buying from a dealership. Not going to lie, in the doors I was nervous. Then I met Marko, he was beyond nice and very helpful throughout the process. I initially wanted to just buy a vehicle because I did not think i could get financed but he said he would see what he could do and BAM, so quickly him and his team got me approved ! He was super sweet the whole process, showed me around the dealership, and told me I ever have questions, just ask him he would be more than happy to help even after I drive off the lot. Randy was also Super great with finishing up all the paperwork and going over what everything meant. If your looking to buy a vehicle whether it be used or new, Nissan is the way to go! 5 stars! I LOVE my new vehicle!:)

    The only reason I marked "probably will not" for the service part is because we live an hour and a half from this dealership. The people we dealt with were fantastic. They did everything they could to help us and, for the first time in our lives, we drove off the lot with a 2020 Nissan Versa that had 93 miles on it. Will recommend them to anyone who asks, and will be back if we ever need to purchase another vehicle.
