We work with Bill Weeks Jr and he was amazing. While we were looking for a home he always sent us cost sheets for each property and then once we went under contract he kept us updated on each step and made sure everything that we needed for closing was completed asap. Logan was exceptional to work with for getting my first mortgage loan. He was available to text/call 7 days a week and answered all of my questions very quickly. It was a simple process to upload everything online and be able to e-sign many documents as I travel for work frequently.

Worked with Nate Dixon @ Federated Mortgage and the process was great, no hiccups and delivered on what he promised. Helped out my sister-in law as well with a more difficult refinance and he delivered. Definitely recommend Nate Dixon for your loan/refi needs and will definitely be recommending him to friends & family.

I recently just used Federated Mortgage to finance my new home. I worked with Team Remp, mainly Logan Swan. Logan went out of his way to make sure this deal happened. He responded to my calls, texts, and emails at all hours. He definitely went over and beyond to make it happen. Federated was very accommodating and coordinated with the sale of my other property and the people involved in that process as well. If you are looking for a group to handle your next purchase, I do recommend them.

Justin Remp, Logan Swan and his team made the closing process for my property purchase and home loan a smooth ride. They were very forthcoming about any questions I had and did their best to get me a good closing estimate and rates. Starting off with a worst case estimate and patiently walking me through the closing costs, closing process, and any other questions I had.
