Great customer service! Had a situation and was 90+ days behind, they were very accommodating and got me back up to date. Azalea is the friendliest and kindest person. Definitely ask for her if you are in need of a loan

Definitely have to change the review. Got told something about our loan and they didn't do what they said they were going to do. Now loan is late and the relentless calls from them is borderline harassment. Than they are rude as all get out when I call upset about the mix up on their end. Go to fast auto loans on 6th Street. This one on cortero would get zero stars if I could.

Friendly professional people and they are willingg to work with me when needed. The only thing I don't like about the business has nothing to do with the employees but with the company charging extra to pay with a debit card.I sometimes have a difficult time getting in to make my payments and when they were able to take my payments over the phone it was much more convenient for me. Now I need to get cash and then drive across town to make my payments. The fees are on par with other companies and they are willing to give more money when needed. I would recommend them as a short term fix for those that need this type of service.

Azalea Is not professional at all she should not be a manger what so ever and looking at these reviews it looks like she’s only helpful with the men that must be why she has a new man worker and not a female . Each time my wife goes in it’s nothing but a bad experience just with AZALEA she is so professional she tells my wife it’s not her fault we have 4 kids . Yeah very professional. All my Wife had said was it hard to make it down here having a busy schedule with 4 kids and that is how she responds. Maybe next time if I go in she will be nice since I am a man she must be looking for a quick meal or some of that money shes about to loan these men .
