Lynda I think her name is was very rude and made sure to remind me we can stop at anytime we don’t need to do your loan. She was extremely slow and not personable. If I didn’t need the loan and had more time I would of gone elsewhere. Monthly payments do not include anything towards principle so honestly anyone looking for a loan go to Titlemax at least by the end of your term it will be paid off. Fast auto you need to do a makeover of the office so it’s not so gloomy and hire new employees that are happy to be there and provide better customer service.

I went to 3 other companies that gave me the run around before I found Kristina at Fast Auto Loans. I called in told her my situation I had everything from CA and no one would help me. She said come on in and literally in about 30mins she had me approved and a check in hand. I have no clue what I would of done in my emergency if it wasn’t for her. Poorest attitude ever I high recommended do not use. Manager has an attitude problem and no people skill when conducting business.

My experience with fast auto loan was amazing. I was treated with respect and the loan agents ts, Linda and Christine were very helpful and prompt p Vy loan. What I loved most was their is no due date! I'm actually allowed to pay what I can on top of the interest and my stress level instantly went down. I came in for a loan and there was only one lady working and the wait was long. She explained her co-worker was called away on an emergency. I was 3rd in line but got my loan that day. The lady was named Linda and she really was nice to me, so thanks!
