Wonderful experience , staff was very pleasant to do business with. They had a large fire arm, jewelry and tools section to shop. If you are in town I highly recommend checking them out ask for Pat he helps me and he’s super pleasant to be around!!

Rude owner, poor customer service. I feel bad for the employees who work under the owner because most of them are really nice and make things work. It is purely the owner who makes shopping here impossible. Do not trust the items purchased here.

I would give them a 0 star . I went into the store today where I bought a 200$ laptop from them last month I took it in to pawn it and they told me it was too old to pawn and also my iphone 7 plus was too old to pawn . And when I said why do you guys sell old stuff where ppl can't pawn they had no answer I bought 3 tablet from them and they all had issues with them and wasn't able to bring them back . I won't ever do business with them I will always recommend fort Mohave " I took my stuff to fort Mohave and they were able to help me *" BULLHEAD PAWN PLYS IS A JOKE 🤣 . AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NO BETTER THEN THE MANAGER

Terible service for people out of town. Was in the shop looked aroound the staff was willing to help. And we seen a somewhat expensive item that we liked but wasn't quite ready to purchase. After we thought about it we wanted to purchase the item. Called them when we got back home to buy and the 2 different people we talked to were very unwilling to help us out. Very sad customer sevice!! Will let anyone we see when we are in town to NOT BUY from this shop. It is unfortunate but we do know people with alot of money to spend, but will advise to go to other quality shops into the area other that this one!!

I'm a regular customer I like everyone that works at the Bullhead City pawn plus but an employee James was very rude was rushing me out the door like my stuff wasn't good enough to pawn very unprofessional it's very sad how they treat customers

Bought electronics from here and they do not work. This is the fifth time I have purchased something that does not work and she refused to fix the problem. Do no trust the stuff this business sells.
