Chase Bank Palma Way, Bullhead City

I have had many wonderful banks with great customer service, but since having a Chase account I am happy to review that from opening my account to the present has impressed me greatly. Extremely professional, kind, and everyone is happy to address any issues. I am so impressed with Chase bank that I wish they were in other states...I would've signed up sooner.

The customer service people at the counter are always difficult to deal with, they give me a hard time because they have to count my money. The same goes for the fort Mohave branch. I thought that was there job to count money? The only one there with any good customer service is Craig Brown. I will be taking my business next door at Mission Bank, where the customer service is The best in town (5*****).

I have no car and Cannot use use a drive thru on my byccicle by your rules. JP MORGAN CHASE didn't close you down. Your choice to let the members of your community that bank with Chase and don't drive cars down. Shame on you manager.

On many occasions there will be a long way because they have more personal bankers and tellers. They installed an ATM machine that they think she replaces an actual person at the counter I feel like more staff should be cross training able to help each other that's why they have so many counters

The manager of this Chase told me to wait outside and 110 degrees on regular days and Bullhead City and I think the manager should be relieved of his position people like him are what's wrong with our society

Friendly help, great online customer service, they loose 1 star for there $10 charge to cash a check with out an account.

I have been banking with chase since I moved back here in 2011. Everytime I go in I am always greeted with friendly smiling faces. When I had questionable charges on my account I brought in my statements and they helped me get it all figured out. I also really like the new atm machine they have in the lobby. Very clean and professional.

I love chase bank! This team is great and all of my financial needs are always taken care of and I always leave with a smile! Thank you for always going the extra mile!

what's with all the negative reviews? Everyone there has been friendly and helpful for the six years I've banked with them at Bullhead City. It's a bank, not a social club, and they have professional things to do and they've done them properly for me.

I was denied a savings account. I have a checking account with this bank and have had for years yet they denied me a savings account. The reason they gave was the last name on my Greencard did not match with my name on the account ( I got married! ). Because of this they denied a grown woman a savings account, forcing me to go to another bank which immediately gave me a checking and savings account within 30mins. of me leaving the CHASE BANK. Forget you CHASE BANK!!!!
